Summary: A good, basic phone. Got this one free through the government free phone deal. Thanks to Obama and my grandchildren (who will be paying off obama's debt) cost me nothing, nada, zip. God Bless the Old America!

Summary: Mother-in-law loves this flip phone. Good for older generation who only want to make phone calls. Large buttons, great volume. This is the 3rd one she's owned. Phone works great until you wash it in the washing machine....and extra rinse cycle!
Summary: This was an exact replacement for a phone I accidentally destroyed. The price was a quarter of the price the Sprint Store wanted for a similar phone. I didn't want a smart phone. All I wanted was to receive and make calls. This phone does that! There was no learning curve. My only regret is that my contact info could not be transferred due to the condition of my old phone. The new phone even came with a carrying case for my belt.
Summary: Bought this item as a spare phone, end up using this a lot. This is a traditional phone with the old battery life & clarity. If you are one of those traditionalist, hating the new updated touch screen phones, you'll love this phone!
Summary: I bought this phone for my grandparents because the numbers are large and the phone is easy to use. I received this phone in better condition than I expected and the packaging was not damaged. received it when expected.
Summary: Beware! I own this phone, but canceled my Sprint contract, am with a new carrier, with a new phone. You cannot get photos off this phone onto a computer using a USB cable. I have photos that are sitting on this phone, can't move them. Even with bluetooth, the phone won't recognize my computer! Don't take special or cherished photos with this phone, unless you plan to be with Sprint forever!
