  • Pros: If calls didn't drop all the time, this would be a good little basic phone for those, like me, who only want to make and receive calls.
  • Cons: Horrible reception even in one of Sprint's highest-rated service areas.

"missing many features that should be basic"

  • Pros: can set several different alarms, good ringer volume range
  • Cons: Does not tell you what time a text arrived. Does not tell you the phone number the text was received from. Does not have USB mass storage mode or driver software, so you cannot do any data transfer via USB cable to/from your computer. Tech support rude

"Very Limited"

MaxyRaddy, CNET
18 November 2010
  • Pros: Simple flip phone design
  • Cons: Must have data plan to retrieve photos. Gave me an option to save small sound file attached to an email but it cannot be retrieved once saved. It just seems to take up memory but there is no menu to find it. Impossible to use custom ringers.
