Excerpt: Very durable ,but not technically sound.3 different phones, 2 had problems with the flip opening disconnecting calls and shutting off the phone ,1 had the flip problems with excessive pop up displays to which sprint tech support had no resolution.
Excerpt: I've used the new SCP-7050 for a few weeks now and I love it. It's battery power is amazing, as the phone seems to be in "stand-by" mode when not in use. After the first night's charge (which only took about 2-3 hours) I had full battery life for 3 days!
Excerpt: PRO: I use Nextel phones during construction, and wanted a ruggedized phone for personal use. This model does not disappoint with a firm hing, recessed shell screen, lockable battery cover and attached rubber flaps on all power and I/O ports.
It's met the exact market that it intended. And we are happy!

Excerpt: Amazing! A phone company figures that there ARE people out there that could care less about a toy mp3 player and cameras that have never proved themselves as a product with any sort of quality?! We don't notice, care, or think about the fact that our wonderful blackberry's don't have a camera.
Excerpt: This is a great rugged phone for the user who doesn't need a camera. Pro: GREAT call quality from Sanyo as always. Has Bluetooth. Con: Speaker phone sucks. This is how it is DESIGNED. IT IS NOT A DEFECT. Sprint does NOT do "warranty work".
Excerpt: This phone gets a 4.0 because I have not seen no new issues. Speaker phone may seem a little muffled but bring it to your local Service and Repair Center for a free fast fix ( under Sanyo's 1 year warrenty) if you find the speaker has a problem.
