Sanyo is the best!

  • Excerpt: Let me first say that I have worked in the wireless industry for the past 4 years and that when I first got this phone I worked for PCS. I tried a Samsung first, then an LG, and finally this phone in March 2002. Can I tell you that I have never seen a phone yet that I would even think about moving too- besides maybe that Black Hitachi they carried. The menu driven displays (instead of the goofy icons) is excellent!

I Love This Phone and My Friends Do Too!

  • Excerpt: Everything is great about this phone except for one thing, the speaker volume is not that high when needed the most but when you plug an earpiece in everything is great. I have had seven phones in the past two years and the 5150 is by far the best. What I like most about the phone is the many options it has. I am now waiting for Sanyo to release new phone that has every option the 5150 has and more. I'll just try to hang on to this one until they do.

  • Excerpt: I have this phone for about 3 years now, and it still works, it's all beat up but it works, personal experience with almost all sanyo phones ether through work or personal use has made me like them better than anything else on the market with few exceptions, i'm getting the 5600 for my self and i'm trying to get an unlocked sanyo s750 gsm european phone for my brother.

So far so good

  • Excerpt: I've had the 5150 for 3 days so far and love it. The phone holds a signal better than others I've had, the pointer/mouse thing is not great but it's fairly good. The sound quality is very good, but the only thing I don't like is the speaker hole is a single hole, that you have to position just right to hear the caller.
