Summary: I am trying to avoid the costs of data plans for a smart phone, but I need a full sized keyboard. This is one of few phones which remain on the market for my carrier. I purchased this model and had problems immediately. The phone would drop calls without warning, and in spite of the front cover being locked. When I wanted the front keyboard to work, it would mysteriously lock.
Summary: This phone is great if you only need it temporarily. After a week of having it the inside screen bubbled (never dropped), and after three weeks the lcd screen started going out... best I can describe it is, verticle blacked out lines started forming, very annoying when trying to read a text and letters are blocked out by these lines.
Summary: Though I really like the keyboard flip out feature - that is great. I do not like the front phone feature. The number pad disappears while you are using the phone making hard to complete a call to a call center where you have to press numbers to complete your call/request (ex. press 3 for... etc.). In order to get the number pad to illuminate you have to press a button on the keypad if I misjudge where the button is I had to start my request over again.
Summary: I bought the item for a friend and the phone had problems from the start. The ringer did'nt work, the screen had problems and when you call the phone it went straight to voicemail. My friend jennifer Ingram sent to phone to boost mobile because that was the address inside of the box and i have been trying to contact them to send the phone back to the owner because it was return to the wrong address.
