Summary: This was not only an ugly phone but the reception was almost non existent even if you are looking for an mp3 player I would say find something else it is that bad for me it is a no brainer pass on this phone it's a real stinker!!!
Summary: I bought this phone (M1) based on reviews, to replace my Sanyo MM8300 which was a great phone however after years of service and abuse, it finally died. I only use my phone primarily as a phone and not for surfing the web or texting. Having the M1 for about a month it has proven to be a great phone with additional features that are also great. Pluses: 1) Great reception. 2) Ability to Roam Only. Great when Sprint signal is weak.

Summary: I took the phone to Sprint and they were unable to activate. Keypad was not good and the place you put the power cord was also not in good shape. I was surprised at the quality of the phone. I at least expected it to work.
Summary: had ordered a Sanyo M1 "refurbished" from you. I have had nothing but problems with this phone since I recieved it. Sprint can not fix the problems without me paying fifty dollar's to send it out. It has the wrong software on it for it to work correctly, I can not send picture messages, the ringer/speaker does not work if I have it on vibrate at the same time. I've been trying to deal with my local sprint store to reslove these issues with no success.
