Slik 6600

Consumer Democracy
20 July 2014
  • Summary: I was looking for a cheap tripod to take backpacking for nature shots and I couldn't afford the price of Bogen tripods. This tripod is inexpensive, has a detachable mount and is tall enough to reach my eye..all this for less than $30..now w'll have to see if it lasts
  • Pros: Cheap and light enough to backpack anywhere

Sanyo 6600

Consumer Democracy
27 August 2008
  • Summary: The claim to fame is that this is the "thinnest phone" on the market. It is true and very important to me. Yes,it is taller, but this phone will truly fit in a pocket in either a pair of jeans, or a sport coat/jacket and be completely hidden.
  • Pros: The numeric buttons are a bit smallish.
  • Cons: The numeric buttons are a bit smallish.

Sexy, but simple

rs4004, Phone Scoop
24 April 2008
  • Excerpt: When I first looked at this phone, I was blown away by appearance. From the outside, it is a sick design. It looks awesome. The external display is clear and looks beautiful. Once I got into the phone though, I was disappointed, it didn't do much.

not so charged

charged, Phone Arena
7 December 2007
  • Excerpt: Again I have found another Sanyo phone that craps out at the charging port. Have liked its slim style compared to others but having trouble with the unit blue screening on me. I keep the phone in my pocket and was never abused so I am surprised by its disfunction.

FInally a decent Sprint phone

bcauseisaidso, Amazon
30 December 2006
  • Summary: In my opinion, Sprint has not been keeping up with the trends in cell phone popularity. I think every single sprint phone is a "flip" phone. Every other carrier has come up with new ultraslim, slider/single phones.
