Excerpt: I got the pink Sanyo Katana over a year ago and have been completely satisfied with it. It is easy to use, not necessary to read the entire manual to do all the basic functions. Basic texting is what this is good for...I'm not big on texting via my phone so this is a plus for me. It's slim enough to fit into a little pocket on the front of my clutch purse or into a back pocket.
Excerpt: Thank you Sanyo for the Katana Cell Phone. My cell has every option that I would need and love to use. The camera feature allows me to catch the moment whenever it decides to arise. The picture quality is good and the options are wonderful. All the other features and options leaves me mesmerised. I love playing around with it when I am bored and the fabulous pink color suits my personality to a T! I can't wait to get the newer version.
Good phone, good price, good value. Don't buy online go to store

Excerpt: Had some issues trying to update and purchase a new phone online. Mail-in rebates are a hassle. Going into Radio Shack gives you a discount but don't have ot hassle with mail-in rebate. I'd rather purchase a phone outright than obligate for 2-year contract. I'm on month-to-month.
Excerpt: The ringtones are not that great but, I have a good reliable plan that is not very expensive. I get unlimited text messaging for about $15 dollars, free nights and weekends. You can always upgrade the phone you have and you can change your plan. You can either contact customerservice by phone, online, or by going into the sprint store - for payments, and questions and/or to change plans.
Excerpt: The function on the Katana does not compair to the Razr, Yes there are more things that the Razr can do but, just the quality of the phone out does the Razr. I had both and I spent more time loosing battery life and and the phone freezing up. The Katana is small, slim, and light weight. The colors are better. Over all I love the Katana's Reviewer is an employee or otherwise affiliated with the brand.
Excerpt: I have had mutlpiple phones that I have many problems with service since I live slightly in the boon docks and my boyfriend is completely in the boons - I have to say though this has been the best phone for reception I have ever owned.
Excerpt: The Katana cell phone has worked very well for me. I love its design too (I have the pink one). One drawback is that the photo option doesn't produce great images. But that's fine with me. It has plenty of extra features like: downloadable games, ringers, built in calculator, stopwatch and internet features. I have had it for well over a year and have had no problems. Minimal wear and tear - still looks as good as new.
Excerpt: This sleek phone fits in my purse, cup holder in the car, or even my pocket! Reasonably priced and packed full of all the features I need in a cell phone, I wouldn't want any other phone for the cost. Web access, email, music, games, and many other options make this a great phone for every day use.
Excerpt: My daughter kept dropping my other Sprint phones and breaking them, it was driving me nuts because it was my work phone. One of her friends had a Katana that he wasn't using and said we could have it. I love it because it is so slim and not as easily breakable when my daughter drops it. The only problem I have with it is that the ringer isn't loud enough to catch my attention when I'm busy.
Excerpt: Great phone...especially since it's often the "freebie" when you renew your service plan!!! I've dropped it on concrete, into a puddle, into snow -- and it just keeps working! Very tough little phone. Decent picture quality and easy to navigate. Sound quality during call is quite good. Very little echo like I've had w/ other cells. And, I love that it's PINK!!!
