Excerpt: I like the phone overall, but I'm broke that's the only reason I applied for the free phone, so that if I was out somewhere and needed to contact someone I could. It is perfectly suited to what I got it for, but it has a useless camera that won't transfer via usb, this is so qlink can charge you if you want to get your pics off of it! No other excuse I can think of.
Pros: I'm broke and it's free.
Cons: It's useless to me except as a very very basic mobile phone., No usb synch... NONE!!!
Summary: i felt a little concerned about buying a used saynyo katana i know these phones are built well cause their from sanyo with that in mind i felt like the previous owner would really put the phone through some hell.. but to my suprise it was in almost mint condition and i was very pleased with this purchase ive turned it on and am very happy with this purchase a really good phone for an amazing price would definity recommend this to a friend.
Summary: Good simple basic phone feels good in the hand nice brilliant screen display color is real nice sound quality is good. Overall good phone for just the basic's downfall is I wish the keys were a little raised it feels like a razr but other than that, it suits me for right now.
Summary: I absolutely love my Katana-had it for 6 years and it's still going strong! This phone has been dropped, many times, and soaked in water. I never had to change the battery, charger or anything. I really don't want to part with it, but it's 2012 and time for an upgrade. I'm disappointed that I can't seem to find anything but "used" ones:( So, I'm forced to look for an entirely new phone. But, I still have my OG faithful until then.
Excerpt: This is the best all round phone I have ever owned. Mine was brand new when I got it. Some phones are refurbished. I have had nothing but problems with any Samsung product. Good talk time & mine never ever shut down. I am upset when switching to boost & cannot use my Katana & got a Motorola I412 what a piece of garbage. I loved this phone & the color.
Excerpt: My current and everyday phone is the Sanyo Katana from Sprint, which is one of the basic phones offered by Sprint to their customers. It has the required features such as speakerphone, bluetooth, camera, and the usual.
Summary: The phone is great for those that don't need ALL the bells and whistles, but need the right tools. The connection has been very good. I needed the 500 name capacity for a phone book and the bluetooth is excellent. The phone has a sharper look than the razr (in my opinion). I got the white one just to look different. The other colors look great too.
Summary: I originally wanted a replacement for my old Katana cell phone. I ordered the updated version by mistake, but it was a serependipitous error; I'm quite pleased. The menu is easier to navigate, the address book has more features, and the battery life is superior to that of the old phone. I got a great price on the equipment, it was delivered in a timely fashion, and it's in great shape.
Summary: This is my second Katana. Although this phone offers web/camera/gps, etc. features, it is still perfect and simple for someone who only needs to make phone calls. Dropped calls or reception issues are rare. The screen is bright and clear with simple icons and menus for ease of use. It is one of the cheapest phones to get on ebay which is also a plus.
