Newest sprint ph is just a big button version Katana II
8 April 2011
Summary: This phone is so good that the newest Sprint give-away is just a big button version of the same phone. Easy to learn and use anyone can do it in ten minutes no book needed. Takes good photos (for a phone) with excellent resolution and easy editing. The pink color on my (2) may suck but at least no one will ever nick them for their beauty which cannot be said for it's newer counterpart (even better).
Summary: My daughter has used and abused this phone and it keeps working. The camera for a lower end type is pretty impressive. The call quality has been good on both ends. I also like the dedicated speaker phone button. My only complaint is that for a flip phone, it seems to be a little loose. Otherwise, it's been a great phone for the price.
Summary: Simply put, this is overall my favorite flip phone. It is very simple but has all the features needed to get the job done smoothly and efficiently. Camera is adequate and the screen is perfect size. It has an excellent design and is a great size.
Summary: This is an excellent phone for those who do not need all of the bells and whistles. I need a phone that I can make telephone calls and text with. This phone does that plus a few extras. The first phone I received had a broken antena. However, the vendor corrected immediately and sent me another telephone. I understand that mistakes can happen. The response to the mistake is the important thing. I recommend this telephone and vendor and would use them again.
Summary: Purchased the Sanyo Katana on e-bay to replace the phone which fell into the swimming pool. The phone is very durable, keypad has withstood thousands of text messages and the battery will last 2 to 3 days. Great little phone for the price.
Summary: This is a sturdy cheap phone. It has all the features you would want in a non-smart phone. I purchased this to replace my two year old silver Sanyo Katana II after the antenna died, and I'm enjoying this pink model. The software seems to be updated and streamlined, and the ringtones are more pleasing. The software interface requires a lot of clicking, but the tel9 feature works well and is customizable. The flip style is slim, convenient and easy to carry.
Summary: I have had my sanyo phone for about six years. I love the phone it has nice size dialing numbers and display numbers. For me it is very user friendly. And meets my needs. When it accidentally got wet,I was worried I wouldn't be able to find another one.If some thing should ever happen to this one I hope I will still be able to find another one.
WOW! we ordered this Tues. the phone arrived on Thurs.

Summary: The phone is everything they said it was. New, cricket flashed and ready to go. It is a very pink phone (alittle too pink for my taste and a little larger than I expected) I had one of the original Katana phones and just loved it. Sanyo might want to re-think this design but all in all the phone is very nice. The service from this Co. was better than great. Had the phone 2 days after I ordered it. Would recommend this Co. for anyone.
Excellent service. Great communication. A+++++ Seller

Summary: I bought the Sanyo 6650 and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on this inexpensive phone. It has a 1M-pixel camera, video camera, and speakerphone. The NewPhone's size is perfect for carrying in a pocket and the battery has a pretty good lifespan of roughly 4 hours. My only complaint is that the menu system on the phone makes you click four times before you can find someone in the address book, set an alarm, or perform a additional functions.
