Summary: I like that this phone has great service area reception and as far as cell use goes is a very good phone. The draw back to this phone is it's limited storage capabilities and other functions are not as well as Sanyo Katana Pink. That was an excellent phone. If you are using this model primarily for cell phone talking service it will be an excellent choice for you and ease of use.
Summary: I am on my second Katana, I needed to upgrade to new X model because it was a better phone! It has more drop-calls than using a can with string & I live less than 3 miles from Sprint Campus....It is just average phone .
Excerpt: I got this phone because my Sanyo M1 died prematurely. I choose the Eclipse because of my experience with Sanyo's voice quality, user interface, and battery life. I'm not entirely happy with this phone, (it died after two weeks) but learning to live with it. Some things I noticed: Call history cannot be viewed in the usual lists of incoming, outgoing and missed. It's bunched all together in one list, which I find inconvenient.
