excellent phone and a MP3-player replacement

danceout, Phone Arena
15 April 2010
  • Excerpt: Replacement for my 3-year old Sprint M300. The Trance is the best phone you could get from Verizon that doesn't have that much features like the Omnia/ EnV touch for example. • Pros: Long battery Life, Excellent music quality, Interface looks nice, Even has calling restrictions, Lots of storage (16GB microSD)
  • Cons: No EVDO, Fingerprint magnet, Camera quality is kind of sub-par with no video recording

  • Excerpt: So I had an LG Chocolate 2 for the longest time, until it finally broke. I went over to Verizon to get a replacement. The sales guy kept insisting the Trance would be way better of a phone. I just felt like shutting the dude up, so I ended up with this worthless garbage.

Cool Little Phone

nobodeuno, Phone Scoop
10 November 2009
  • Excerpt: Actually I disagree with the above reviews...I find this to be a simple straight forward phone with a stunning MP3 player...the sound through my Shure S-310 pro earbuds is very, very good! Especially when tweaked...the B&O chip is better sounding than my iPhone 3GS!

Puts you in Trance...the bad kind

muchdrama, Phone Scoop
21 October 2009
  • Excerpt: PROS: Decent sound. Cool looking handset with gee-whiz sliding design. CONS: Miserable touch screen design; it essentially is TOO sensitive. Cheap feeling; the sliding mechanism doesn't feel solid at all, neither does the bottom half of the phone.
