This Samsung Transform phone is alright.

Excerpt: I really like the keypad on this phone. The buttons feel a little soft which I like rather than the harder keypads. It glides open easily, and I noticed that the screen doesn't scratch as easily as other phones I've had. I think it's because the edges are a little raised and I think that guards the screen a little better. I don't take very good care of my electronics (or just have bad luck!
Excerpt: This is a decent mid-range Android phone but nothing more. It has aIl the great Sprint services like GPS, TV, etc. I do love the slide out qwerty keyboard. I also like the notification system on the phone. It allows me to see when i miss calls, e-mails & texts. The browsing is average and I have only found a couple of apps that don't work on this phone. I would like to see the Android OS get updated on this phone but I'm not holding my breath.
Excerpt: This phone lacks in processing power, RAM,and battery life. It lags 90% of the time when doing tasks as simple as typing a text. applications almost always quit due to a lack of RAM, and the battery rarely lasts over 6 hours. However, at least the keyboard is good. It is one of the best keyboards on the market. But if you are looking for a smartphone, make this your last option.
Pros: Keyboard, Solid Build
Cons: Battery Life, Slow Processor, Bad Camera, Low Resolution Display, Little RAM, Everything else you can think of
Ok product- too much money for a refurbished phone
7 May 2012
Summary: I bought it for my husband because he cracked the screen on his old one. The description said new phone; however when we got the box it was a refurbished one. Also the SD card that came with the phone was not the correct one for this particular phone. the phone is ok; when are contract is up we will be looking for new phones. I wouldn't get this same phone again.
Summary: My husband came home after visiting the Sprint store and fell in love with this phone but was not eligible for an upgrade so I chose eBay and the price was great. I also purchased this item for my sister as her second choice since the Evo Shift was too expensive. Both love the phone but complain about lack of memory leading to problems with functionality. Great for someone who doesn't use all features but would not be my first choice of phone.
Summary: I bought the phone cause mine got wet and ruined only had it three days so I rebought it the money value was great it is mint condition but I hate it. It's truly complicated and the internet on it wont shut off so it kills the battery within 4hrs. sprint wears that this phone is better than the evo no way.
Summary: Went back to my Blackberry and don't even care that it takes an hour to boot anymore! However, for those that like Android this is a decent enough phone. Pluses: Slide out keyboard works well. Touch screen seems pretty responsive. No iphone but decent. Easy to set up email and works great with google accounts. Cons/things I didn't like: Whenever I used the keyboard I would hit the volume button and it would pop up on the screen and randomly change.
Excerpt: a replacement for the samsung moment, what a dissappointment. worked fine for about a week then down hill after that. started dropping calls, won't unlock to answer calls, freeze up constlenty when trying to use any of the apps, check weather, internet, set clock use camers, text, check notifications, email, use phone and enything and everything else I try to use this worthless hand held device for. it also turns off and on all day long.
Cons: trying to use it for why it was designed for but can't, you get stuck in a contract with a phone that dosen't work
Excerpt: This phone is mediocre, but it could be so much better if it were more powerful. It has all the features, but with increased usage, you can see how quickly it gets bogged down. It reminds me of a PC thats been running with hundreds of programs for several years, it simply feels sluggish. May get better with 2.2 upgrade but doubt it. Get the LG Optimus S instead. Enough said.
Pros: Slide out keyboard is awesome, Touch Screen, Camera has flash, Everything else is standard/mediocre
Cons: Size (heavy and bulky), Battery life is average for smartphone, 800 Mhz processor doesnt feel like one..., ...Glitchy/unresponsive at times, Severe lag when doing basic things, Text lag is at least 5 seconds, usually 10, Freezes often, makes accepting a phone call a headache, Sprint IDs are worthless/ glitchy. Can eat up battery. DONT USE!, Front-facing camera doesnt work with most (probably all) apps, Plenty of other mind numbing software glitches that *should* be ta...
