Summary: The phone never worked. I got a message that the battery was not connected even though there is only one way to put the battery in to get it to turn on. Since they sent me replacement batteries (which didn't help) I will give 2 stars.
Summary: We brought the phone as a temporary replacement for our 10 year old who cracked his screen to his photon. My husband and I have galaxys and love them so we thought the transform would be great as well because Samsung makes it. Hands down the transform has to be the worse "smartphone"on the market! It has no internal memory, the internet is so slow it reminds me of dial up. I returned this phone immediately and paid the $100 to replace our sons photon!!!
Another great Samsung Fail and Sprint nor Samsung get responsible for it.

Summary: As soon as I got apps installed it begins with problems, freezes up, laggy performance, slow responce, receiving phone calls better not be doing anything else or screen will take at least 10 seconds to come up, contacted the wireless service provider and they keep saying the problem is with the apps that take over device, that "believe it or not they have viruses", so angry birds not only according to the tech at the store said to have virus but will not run any of them...
Disappointed. i like the seller but the phone was crappy.

Summary: I had to erase the previous owner information just to add my own contacts and the only way i could do that is to reset the phone. which mean it erase settings music app and added features. the battery life is very poor. I can't charge my phone when it is off. It keep saying that the battery charger is disconnected. I have to keep turning it off and on just to get it to charge.
Slow, but cheap, but I guess that's why it's slow.

Excerpt: I've had this phone for about 7 months and I have regretted buying it. First of all the built in storage is $!#%. There is hardly any at all. It comes with a 2GB SD Card, which is alright but unless you root the phone (I do not recommend on this horrible, horrible device) you can only move between 10-80% of the application over to the SD Card.
Pros: Manufactured by Samsung, Excellent Display/Screen, QWERTY Slide out keypad, Average battery life for a Smartphone, Front Facing Camera, Android Powered Smart Phone, Easy to root ( I don't recommend it though), Cheap
Cons: 256 MB RAM, "800 Mhz" Processor, No Adobe Flash, Slow, at almost everything, Has Sprint $%#! on it (Like Sprint ID), Cannot handle 3D games and barely any 2D Games, If you root the phone it will slow it DOWN instead of Speeding it up, On Screen keypad lags a lot, especially Swype, Almost no internal storage, And almost everything about the phone that isn't a Pros is a Cons.
