Summary: So, I'm not commenting on the seller's service quality. It's got nothing to do with that. What it DOES have to do with is this phone. Good. God. I should preface this by saying that, yes, I know this is a moderately outdated phone, so, before you ask if I was running apps that were too much for it to handle, the answer is "No." My most complicated apps were Facebook and Youtube.
Summary: Worst phone I have had so far. Spend a little more and get the latest and greatest phone that you are able to afford. Within 1 month I started to have technical issues with the phone and had to buy another one (different one, of course). I made the decision to spend a bit more and purchase the iPhone 5 and have never been happier! WOW - what a difference. Never thought I would be an Apple fan.
Summary: I've had this phone for only 10 months and after a steady onslaught of problems it finally stopped working entirely today. It was cheaply made and came with a small crack on the casing when I ordered it which spread and left a hole in the side of the phone. In February the camera started to get green lines across the screen and then would force close every time you tried to take a picture.
Summary: The Samsung Transform Ultra is the worst of the Boost phones I have had. I have been a loyal Boost customer for five years. Their traditional cell phones were great, like the Sanyo Juno. They were good, durable, long lasting phones for talking and texting. The Transform Ultra was my first Android Smart phone. The battery life died after about 4 hours of streaming, playing music, and surfing the internet. It turns itself on and off, freezes, and takes grainy pictures.
Absolute HORRIBLE....Keep on searching for another phone TRUST ME

Summary: The phone is a decent phone but the battery is absolutely HORRIBLE on this device. I constantly have to power the phone off to avoid the battery from completely draining. The approximate battery life from a full battery to completely drained and shutting off is anywhere from 45 mins to 1 hr.
Summary: This was a gift for someone who has Boost. He took it to several stores where he normally goes with his prior phone. None of them could help him. I'm not sure how he finally got it to work but when it's on, it works. Here's the problem. When the phone is on and goes on save mode, you tap the power button and it comes back on. However, if it just sits idle, it shuts off. It doesn't turn back on by holding down the power button as it should.
