Summary: This phone is very easy to use, light weight, small and remindes me of the Blackberry but it slides. However the battery life is horrible!!! I recieved the phone charged as required and within a day of not e ven using the phone off its charger it was dead, tried charging this phone several times and then it got to the point where I couldn't use the phone unless it was plugged in or it would just shut off.
Pros: linked conversational texting. sturdy design. micro USB port, Great customizable shortcut features allow to tolerate some of the shortcomings of the phone.
Cons: Overheats in <4 minutes, drops a call almost every time, internal memory maxes out daily on texting and then just stops sending/receiving, takes several minutes daily to delete texts, must waiting through multiple notifications to send, confirm sending
Cons: The phone has had power issues many times, causing me to have to have it replaced many times. AT&T, I must say, has had very nice, professional customer service. But it is still annoying to be without a phone, get it replaced, repeat... repeat...
Cons: The buttons are tiny on this phone. It's a pain if you have to actually dial a phone number, in you text message, if you misspell a word, you cant toggle - as far as I can figure out - back to correct the word. 2 mp camera with no flash.
"an acceptable upgrade option from an older phone."

Pros: full qwerty keyboard, durable, somewhat good battery life (depends what theme you're running, as well as how often you use it.) if you get it as an upgrade option with AT&T, it comes with an LG bluetooth headset. alarm system is kind of good, however
Cons: extremely bad for multimedia. videos have to be in 128kbps (absolutely horrible quality.) and the speaker puts out fairly bad quality audio, so don't think about running music through this. the camera is something you'd expect from a cheap phone, bad pict
Pros: Love the design--it is lightweight, the keys are easy to use, and the threading texts are great!
Cons: The battery overheats! Within 5 minutes, the phone is quite warm, after 10-15 minutes, the phone is too hot to handle comfortably. As the phone gets hotter and hotter (by 20 minutes), it starts dropping calls or becomes hard to hear.
