Very disappointed.

  • Summary: This is my first smartphone and I bought it as a trial before getting what I really want. The battery runs out even when not in use at work. I actually have to leave it plugged in or I'll have no battery remaining when I leave work. My computer does not recognize it, so moving music, pictures and even ringtones requires taking the SD card out and transferring things onto it then replace it.

Too many issues to make a great phone.

  • Summary: I simply chose this phone over many others because of the keyboard, which is quite hard to find in smartphones. I regret that decision. I am now on my 4th Samsung Stratosphere. Every one I get ends up having the same issues-charging issues, turning on and off by itself, missed call glitches, stuck keys on the keyboard, freezing up frequently, lagging, and sometimes apps won't even run. I do like the camera and how easy the phone is to use.

"Some good, some bad, overall poor experience."

  • Pros: slide out keyboard. battery saving features. does not require proprietary charger, uses micro usb.
  • Cons: bulky. poor voice dialing feature, "memory fault" errors, or misdialed often. screen timeout seemed always to be 10 seconds regardless of the setting.

"Fancy phone but Fragile. Wont stand up to normal usage"

  • Pros: Fancy, does a lot, love the keyboard. Great display.
  • Cons: Broke within 4 months, they don't honor warranty say it is user fault. My phones ALWAYS exceed contracts by YEARS. $300 if not under insurance, and $100 if under insurance. They don't fix, just replace.

"Buy a more durable phone"

  • Pros: Screen is bright and crisp, spring assisted open and close is nice. Full qwerty keyboard and awesome 4G access. Streaming Netflix and pandora work great multiple email acct management plays games well and call coverage and clarity is great.
  • Cons: Battery, durability(I have had 3 replaced in 3 months),its lagtastic I have to reboot on average every 2 days, bloatware pisses me off. I blew out LCD on first, sound died on the 2nd and the 3rd one cracked the glass on a 2 ft fall in a VW case.

  • Excerpt: I got this phone for my son. It did not have it three months before the screen cracked, rendering it useless. Granted it was my sons fault because it was dropped. I just don't feel like a phone that costs that much should break that easily. It should have gorilla glass like the droid 4.
