Excerpt: I have had the phone over 2 years and it is a great phone very durable and easy to use. I love the talk to text feature and how accurate it is compared to others. I use it mostly for talk & text and it is beyond reproach. When using the internet it connects fast and has always stayed connected. Reviews that complain about the connectivity probably has to do with their service provider not the phone. I use Verizon and have never had any issues.
Summary: phone does not work right will not download anything. I cant get any apps to download or pictures to download. as far as I can tell everything else work great but this is a phone for a teenager and apps and pictures are very important.
Summary: The phone was a temp until I was eligible for upgrade. the phone worked great my only main issue was the battery. The battery sucked i had to keep it on a charger constantly and it took a very long time for the battery to charge fully. Oh and the charger for the phone didn't even work.
don't rush out for this model if you need your charge to last all day!!!

Summary: I'm not going to complain about the ease of use. I'm changing from an iphone to android. Definitely a challenge for me and I only recently activated the phone. Even a Verizon store told me this phone was only offered for a short period because of battery life issues before discontinuing or upgrading to a new version. The features are fine for the price, but if the battery isn't going to last throughout the day, what's the point.
Summary: If you are looking for a phone that has blazing fast internet and lots of storage, this isn't for you. It serves its purpose as a decent texting and occasional internet surfing phone, but that's about it. Freezes a lot and lags. Wifi connection is average at best. I got it used to use until the end of my contract. It will get me through, so for 45 dollars, it was worth it...
Summary: This is my first smartphone and I bought it as a trial before getting what I really want. The battery runs out even when not in use at work. I actually have to leave it plugged in or I'll have no battery remaining when I leave work. My computer does not recognize it, so moving music, pictures and even ringtones requires taking the SD card out and transferring things onto it then replace it.
Summary: I simply chose this phone over many others because of the keyboard, which is quite hard to find in smartphones. I regret that decision. I am now on my 4th Samsung Stratosphere. Every one I get ends up having the same issues-charging issues, turning on and off by itself, missed call glitches, stuck keys on the keyboard, freezing up frequently, lagging, and sometimes apps won't even run. I do like the camera and how easy the phone is to use.
