Summary: I was on the point of buying this phone on two separate occasions when I discovered that it has a serious problem: identifying and playing music from a micro SD card. I tried 8Gb and 16Gb cards; one phone kept shutting down, and the other had a time lag of over one minute before displaying music.Check out this problem before buying. I don't know if Samsung are aware of this problem.
Summary: This phone has numerous features the majority of which I have no idea how to access. The manual is a 1 sheet insrtuction on safety features, switch on/of, volume control, adding contacts and little else. I have spent money, annoyed my friends because I inadvertently touched a button trying to figure out how the phone works and rang them. This phone is an absolute nightmare.
Summary: The phone comes with a one page manual with informs you how to switch it on and off, adjust the volume, text, add a contact but very little else. I went onto Samsungs website for a more indepth version but found nothing. This phone claims to have numerous functions but as to how to facilitate these is a mystery. I must remember in future you only get what you pay for.
Summary: I bought this for my little cousin. He loves it as it gives him a little freedom to call friends which it does very well. He also likes taking pictures and is happy with his results. (not top notch but he don't need that) He finds it easy use so why pay more for fancy stuff that he will probably never use. If I needed more functions I would buy a dearer phone such as the Razr Maxx.
Pros: A reasonably cheap phone that makes phone calls and a little internet stuff.
Summary: This is my first touch-screen phone, and getting used to the handling will take some getting used-to. With so many business calls going via a number-selected menu when answered, not having a visible keypad to select the appropriate number makes for difficult times and wasted calls.
