Summary: I know the seller stated " No accessories ", but I consider the charging lead not an accessory. It came in a worn out box with instructions, but no phone charging cable, and the phone was only one third charged. The phone itself was ok.
Summary: This does what I want from a slightly more advanced mobile than I've had before. I had a Tocco previously and that was OK too. This one doesn't do some of the things the old one did - no radio for instance. Operating instructions are somewhat abysmal. One large sheet of folded paper. Doesn't go anywhere near letting you know what features are available. Not everybody is a geek. Some of us need help.
Summary: I am a long time user of tocco lite and bought this as an upgrade - however I found the music player slower to load my albums from my 16GB memory card. The other sore point is that the keys on the QUERTY key board are small so when hastily entering text it is much too easy to make an error with my not so chunky fingers, there's no tipping the phone on its side to get a wider keyboard as in Tocco Lite.
Summary: The phone is loved by my daughter but it's not android as hoped and you can't access the internet. Wanted to buy a brand you could rely on but the internet problems really let down this phone. The camera quality is quite good and takes a decent picture. Used the Samsung website to download the WAP settings and even used wifi to connect but fails every time. Real let down!
Summary: This is the fourth touch-screen I have had and I think it's nothing like as good as the tocco lite1 for instance. Scrolling is V poor - juddery and V hesitant, if at all. Wed. last week it had what I can only call a complete blackout. Just dead. After changing location and removing-reinserting the battery it came back to life. Makes you wonder if you will be able to rely on it at some crucial time. If it was on contract it would have gone back.
