Summary: they gave me a working phone was timmied to buy a used phone but! it works great only thing I found wrong was the battery had water damage they shoulda replaced the battery or said that it wasn't a good battery was no problem ordered a new battery and waiting for it to come in! bought the phone to replace my Galaxy S2 because my S2 was messing up so I went with a phone my father owned and loved!
Summary: No, it's not the best phone on the planet, but it was 40 bucks with shipping. As far as replacements go without renewing a contract with Sprint, this is a steal. Fully charged the battery will last all day (at least from 6 am to 11 pm for me) and it gets the job done. Maybe some cons for this phone would be low max volume and it can sometimes be laggy, but it's still a great phone for it's price.
Use this as a last resort until you can afford a better Cell Phone!

Summary: Seriously, this is a VERY fabulous phone......but: >Sprint NO LONGER supports this phone with any updates at all!! >Sprint NO LONGER offers this phone in it's selections of offers! >Sprint values the used phones at $5 ONLY! These phones that are over $50 (for Sprint Service) is too high a cost for a Company to no longer support, but will still allow to be used with it's service. If you buy Insurance (as you should for ANY Cell Phone) and it breaks.....
Excerpt: Samsung - Moment SPH-m900 Cell Phone is the phone that I currently have. I love this phone for many reasons. Its a great little computer on the go for me because I can connect to the internet and look for anything that I need at a moments notice. I love the vibrant screen and the qwerty key board. I really cant stand the cell phones that you have to have it all touch screen but with the Samsung - Moment SPH-m900 Cell Phone you get the best of both worlds.
Excerpt: I really like the android O.S and the selection of applications are endless. I've had my Moment for 3 months and had to visit my carrier store for few things. My screen went completely black out of no where. The battery life is bad. It doesn't make it through the day and never seems to charge fully (I'm not the type of person to have several apps running all at the same time) They really should work on that.
Excerpt: The Samsung Moment phone is a great phone with added features. If you are unable to pay for an iphone, then this phone is almost as good as it. The moment allows you to back up data using your google mail account. It is an Android phone so you are able to download applications and use them on the phone. With the touch screen, you are able to have your favorite apps right at your fingertips. It is so convenient.
Samsung Moment is a great phone with nice features, but no 2.2+

Excerpt: I got this phone during its initial release for Sprint PCS. This has been a very nice and reliable phone. It is (as with any smart phone) at times buggy which requires an occassional restart of the application in use or the need to wait a bit for the phone to "think" before you get a response... but I have yet to find a phone that doesn't. Decent battery life so long as you aren't browsing the web and using the GPS for hours at a time.
Samsung Moment Cell phone is great but needs a few tweeks.

Excerpt: I purchased the Samsung Moment about six months and love that I am able to do so many things with my cell phone. I love being able to text and connect to the internet while I am out and the key board makes it very convenient for being able to type quickly. The phone is alittle bulky but at the same time I prefer the bulkiness in return for the convenience of the full slide out keyboard.
Excerpt: I've had my Moment for a little over a year and I don't know how I ever made it without the phone in my life! I use this phone for all of my andriod apps, e-mail, picture taking, video recording, texting and talking! I can't believe all of the applications that you can get on this phone for free...I'll never be an apple user after looking at the price tags for the applications over on that network.
Samsung Moment is no iPhone, but is a close second.

Excerpt: My husband and I just switched to a data phone when our 2 year period was up. We wanted to make sure that we got a phone that made it worth it to pay for data, so after looking at all Sprint had to offer, we went with the Moment. So far (4 months), we have only had a few problems with the phones: randomly switching into airplane mode, changing ringtones, poor battery.
