Summary: This was my main phone years ago but it's now a back up phone. PRO. Sturdy!! I must have dropped this phone at least ten time over the 3 years and still no problems. The physical keyboard slides out very solid and doesn't feel flimsy. The optical mouse button is very clever and comes in handy. A lot of uses of this phone never took advantage of it. CON. The battery!! Even by smartphone standards it sucks.
Summary: they gave me a working phone was timmied to buy a used phone but! it works great only thing I found wrong was the battery had water damage they shoulda replaced the battery or said that it wasn't a good battery was no problem ordered a new battery and waiting for it to come in! bought the phone to replace my Galaxy S2 because my S2 was messing up so I went with a phone my father owned and loved!
Summary: No, it's not the best phone on the planet, but it was 40 bucks with shipping. As far as replacements go without renewing a contract with Sprint, this is a steal. Fully charged the battery will last all day (at least from 6 am to 11 pm for me) and it gets the job done. Maybe some cons for this phone would be low max volume and it can sometimes be laggy, but it's still a great phone for it's price.
Use this as a last resort until you can afford a better Cell Phone!

Summary: Seriously, this is a VERY fabulous phone......but: >Sprint NO LONGER supports this phone with any updates at all!! >Sprint NO LONGER offers this phone in it's selections of offers! >Sprint values the used phones at $5 ONLY! These phones that are over $50 (for Sprint Service) is too high a cost for a Company to no longer support, but will still allow to be used with it's service. If you buy Insurance (as you should for ANY Cell Phone) and it breaks.....
This phone has nice features but the battery life is short.

Summary: I bought this phone as a relacement. Great value for an android phone. I love the pull out keyboard, as it makes texting a breeze. My only dislike about this phone is the battery life is very short.
ROCKS at the things it does well, but has a few annoying tendencies.

Summary: I like this phone... seriously!! My old Blackberry was a replacement for the one I had before it; both of them got old and developed problems, so I bought this one as an interim phone until I can qualify for a new "cheaper" phone on my account. There are just a few negatives that I would like to point out. 1/ It's heavier than my old Blackberry.
Worth the 50.00 it cost easier to use than blackberry flip for texting.

Summary: Awesome phone just wish the battery had a longer life and didn't have to duct tape the batter cover to keep it from coming off every time you slide it open. As a person who hates touch screen phones this one is a real surprise I actually like it. It's really easy to use once you get use to it. As it cost me less than 50.00 total it's worth what I paid for it till I find something that will work better..
Summary: I got the Samsung Moment in November of 2009 with a new contract. Mine has run flawlessly until now. The only thing wrong with it was the USB port where I would plug in the charger bent a wire internally, and now I have to charge the battery with an external charger. I'm not easy on phones either and this phones, been bounced, dropped, partially stepped on, and it still looks great. I did not have the problems that others reported with this phone.
