Summary: When i first got this phone i was sooooo excited. But when i recieved it i noticed it wouldnt hold a charge. I would have it charging all night long and woke up in the morning and cut my internet on then the battery would die so quickly.
Summary: sent by mail, took a week. photo says shows phone battery and case and screen protector. only came with phone battery and charger. first time buying a used phone. low rating for seller not phone itself.
Summary: This phone was suppose to be in like new condition but it was more like good condition. When I received it I immediately noticed the rubber cover for the charger/USB port was hanging off. Also there were scratches on the bottom of the phone.
Started out great, then...freeze ups, foreclosures...what a pain!

Summary: I have insurance with this phone and it is a good thing...it's a piece of junk! It did start out well. 6 months of good use. Then it started having all sorts of problems. I brought it to the store, they sent it in and got me a new one.
Summary: Back in early 2010, I was in the market for a new phone. Doing a bit of research, I came to the conclusion that this was the phone for me. For the first few months, it was amazing! Fast forward to early 2011 and the problems started to show. First, it started suffering from slow-down.
Excerpt: After having issues with everything you could possibly have issues with (radio, data connectivity, wifi connectivity, touch response, sliding mechanism, text input, random reboots, Samsung customer support, Sprint customer support, etc, etc, etc) they replaced it with a new one.
Pros: screen, has a keyboard, camera quality
Cons: inconsistent usability, when usable there is significant lag for even the most basic function, data completely dies at random, somewhat often
Excerpt: The phone is pretty basic. While it does have a reasonably fast processor, good screen and keyboard, it does not really do anything much more beyond that. It took forever for the software update to come out (2.1) and will not be updated to 2.2.
Pros: Android 2.1, keyboard, bright screen, cheap to use, removable battery, Exchange mail and calendar support
