Excerpt: I have had several touch screen phones (Treo, Centro) and this one just doesn't compare. I sometimes have to charge my phone 2 times a day if I send more than 6 or so text messages & make a single 2 min phone call. If you have your bluetooth headset connected forget it!! it suck the battery!
Excerpt: My wife and I had bought these phones less than a year ago, and it has been a rough road so far. While the speed of the phone is not too bad considering the generation of phone this came from, it is really hard being around newer phones that have features such as multi-touch and faster processors. All this aside, the major complaint I have is that my phone already will not charge. I've tried everything and I can't get it to work. I have to charge my battery in my...
Excerpt: For what you spent, you would be better off getting another smart phone, such as the Evos 4G, or the relatively new Motorola Atrix. While the Samsung Moment did initially offer promising features when coupled with an unlimited data plan, over time, I have realized the phone is incredibly slow to boot (roughly 30-45 seconds of staring at a glowing Samsung logo), slow to load after the boot (may take up to minutes to fully load all the applications), has slow internet...
Pros: Offers many functions and desirable features for the serious business person.
Cons: Some applications cause the phone to slow down or stop working all together be careful what you add :( Having to do a hard reset to make the phone function properly everytime is annoying and time consuming. Charging port has gone bad requiring replace
Summary: i just got this phone and the android is seemless. touch screen has great sensitivity, but can get a little jumpy at times. camera is great. overall pretty good phone. I felt I had to revise my review on this phone because not long after getting it, it would randomly go into Airplane Mode. I would have to reset the phone constantly. It wasn't just this phone as I quickly sent it to Sprint for a replacement.
Pros: The phone looks good and the Android OS is cool. It is built solidly. The feature set is great, and I like the camera.
Cons: Really slow & glitchy, and the battery life is horrible. You have to turn off background data & GPS to make the battery last a reasonable amount of time, but most of the cool features use background data & GPS. Browser kills the battery FAST.
Pros: Great graphics, connected to the droid network, easy to use!
Cons: I have had this phone for 7 months and the majority of my calls have been cut off. I can't answer or make most of my calls. The OS freezes constantly. It starts out great but slowly gets worse and worse over time. Battery life is also very poor.
