"My Cheap, Overheating, and dilapidating, "downgrade"."
21 September 2013
Pros: A full QWERTY keyboard for fast texting. "Smart-ish" phone that has a touch screen and google play capabilities. Good for the environment?... thats it.
Cons: Max battery life is shortened greatly over time. Overheats when playing common apps. Back snaps on, & if small tabs break, it won't stay on. Memory SO low, you can have about two apps max. No flash + 2.0mp camera. all at 8 mo. before contract is up.
I would not give this garbage phone to my toddler to play with!!

Excerpt: I bought the Samsung M580 because it offered a lot of the features I was looking for in a new phone. This phone was expensive and not very pretty to look at, but due to it's features I went against my better judgement and purchased it. At first, it seemed like I had made a good decision to buy it. After about three weeks of owning it I realized what a piece of junk the Samsung M580 really was! Over the course of just a few months I had gone through three handsets!
Cons: Overall, this product is by far the worst phone I have ever had. Battery life is useless. I charge the phone 8 hours and get 4 hours of life out of it. Everyone who calls has to leave a message because I have to have it on Airplane Mode to last the day
"so far its all bad news. unable to get it to work."

Pros: havent been able to get it to work to even try anything.
Cons: 1. couldnt get the phone to do the "hands free activation." 2. couldnt activate the phone online. 3. phone will not hold the activation. have had 4 sprint reps activate the phone. twice they loaded new firmware. it will only stay active for ONE phone call
