Excerpt: Besides the fact that it’s utterly a piece of garbage, I must admit the Boost Mobile Samsung Seek has earned its keep. It looks so hi-tech, so fun, so hip and so useful peeking out at customers from that glossy packaging.
Summary: Does not seem to be a bad phone, but once bought it I realized I should have done my homework. It apparently does not work with the new smartphone networking. I have only been able to look at... I can not hook my boost service up to it!
Summary: I liked this phone initially because it has a touchscreen, slide-out keyboard, and is quite small for a touchscreen phone. If you want a smartphone, this is not the phone for you - the internet is very basic, and rather slow. I like the camera and music capabilities, but the camera's resolution is nothing compared to something like an iphone.
Summary: Phone was as described, new in a sealed box, and Sprint had it working in minutes. Will purchase another as a backup for my other son's phone since they love this phone and really don't want a smartphone.
Summary: I have this phone right now and it's been over 3+ yrs and so for it has been a good phone but I don't see to many of this type of phone out but yes I would tell every one that I know that I can about this phone
Summary: 5 stars for the seller and for Amazon - rapid turn-around and handling. 1 star for manufacturer. Included CD was smashed in the mail - poorly packaged. Further, I bought the phone as new Sprint-ready device with the understanding that all I had to do was transfer my phone number into it. Trying to transfer the number myself via the Sprint website returned an "error: (phone device code) not found".
