Summary: My grandmother is 78 years old and this phone was perfect for her. She doesn't need all the bells and whisptles that come with the more up-to-date phone. It would also be a good phone just to keep for an extra if something should happen to your primary phone. Also good for young children that just need phones for emergencies.
Summary: I bought this phone because I needed a replacement. My husband previously owned this Samsung and loved it. Prior to purchasing this phone, I purchased a replacement phone at Radio Shack and hated it. The phone was cheap and hard to use. I love the Samsung - it is very durable and easy to use.
Summary: There is really no reason to get this phone. It can make and receive calls and does a few other things clumsily. The call quality is bad and I struggle to understand people even when we both have good reception. Text messaging is a huge hassle and not just because of the small key pad. There is no camera, and you cannot connect it to your computer. Nothing works very well and any feature this phone does have doesn't work as well as it should.
Excerpt: This phone has basically replaced the LG lx160. It has a very nice design and we have had positive feedback on its reception. I personally think this is a great phone for $29.99 (after rebates) for customers that are needing a basic model.
Excerpt: I purchased this phone because the screen on my mogul cracked and I needed something fast. This was the cheapest phone sprint had, and I can see why.
The features of the phone are fine, but the software is so buggy that the phone is almost useless. I text message a lot, and the text messaging on this phone is horrible.
Summary: I was looking for a used cell phone that was not expensive, but in good working conditions and found the Sansung SPH-M220 model. Excited that I found what I was looking for, I purchased it and received it withing a few days. The cell phone is in great working order and also looks good.
