Summary: Wanted a phone that I could punch buttons that are large enough to be punched. Wanted a phone that's a phone, not a camera, don't need to text. Wanted a screen large enough I could see, and clearly even in the sun. A phone that I don't have to go outside or find a good location for clear reception. I found it finally in this phone. I am not a "phone person", but I have to admit I look for reasons to call just so I can use it.
Summary: Would have probley loved it, had it worked in our area. Bought it for my dad, because he is hard of hearing. Recieved it, had to send it in to get reprogrammed, just to find out this company had no coverage in our area. Really disappointed to go through all that effort to find that out. Wish they would have told us that before we spent the money to send it in to have it reprogrammed. UGH !!!!
Very small basic phone- what basic users want and need

Summary: This phone is very good- durable and the pricing is good if one is found online on ebay, because it is no longer sold in the stores. My cousin owned this phone, and dropped it TONS, and it also always worked when retrieved. Really good phone- SAMSUNG did an EXCELLENT job on this one.
"Fantastic phone, great price. It's exactly what I need"

Pros: Loud speaker volume and a huge display. I love the fact that I actually get a dial tone when I open the phone. The battery life is fantastic too! I rarely have to charge my phone. The price is perfect and I have no contracts to worry about.
Cons: I wish they'd have more colors to choose from but the graphite is pretty nice. I'm hoping they come out with some more apps too. I really like the LiveNurse app and Check-In call. It's perfect for us older folks
Pros: My favorite feature is the large buttons for dialing l. I also appreciate the dial tone, which tells me the phone is working. It's also loud and the volume is easy to adjust while on the phone. And the instruction manual was very simple to follow.
Cons: I wish I could find names in the phone book faster.
Summary: I like it its the best fake I phone I ever had :-) Its got tv and lot of good stuff the most problem I had with it that I really cant install java on it. I dont know the reason why but sometimes its installed but cant run some jawa apps just runs correctly.
Pros: We found the Jitterbug phone easy to use and to understand. The screen calls for basic Yes and No answers, and the volume is loud enough for one of us with a hearing loss to use comfortably. Button on the front allows easy volume adjustment.
Pros: Easy to use and to understand. The phone screen has questions with basic YES or NO navigation. The volume is really loud and has an adjustment button on the outside of the phone that allows for easy adjustment mid call.
Cons: The contacts in the phone Book only allow for one phone number with each name. If you have multiple numbers (cell, home, work), you have to enter each as a separate entry.
