Excerpt: I have had Jitterbug six months, and voicemail has been a consistant problem. Messages left on Friday, not notified of until Monday.... Called customer support, they worked on it but didn't solve any problems as the scenario has repeated itself regularly. To top off the problem the phone has no vibrate alert and you need to listen carefully for the reminder (if there is one) beep.... Frustrated. Oh, and go over on the plan allowance and it's .35 a minute.
Excerpt: I ordered this phone for my elderly father after doing quite a bit of research. My father is almost completely deaf and can't really talk on a phone, but we wanted a way to contact him with simple text messages that he could return to us. The sales department was quite nice as you might expect, but when we received the phone, which is very expensive, I noticed that there was no notification that there was a text message.
Summary: I bought this phone because I had lost my phone. This is the first time I bought something on ebay, and I wasn't sure whether I could trust the quality of my purchase. Therefore, I went with a cheap phone, just in case. It turns out that I should have bought a new one in a store because it is a lousy phone. It turns itself off after half an hour (an hour if I'm lucky, saying that the battery is low although it is fully charged..
It's OK if all you want to do is make and receive calls

Summary: I bought the Samsung SCH A310 because my wife was considering paying $40 for a new one from an on-line cell phone store. I found the phone on eBAY and got it for $.99 (plus S&H). Not a bad deal, but not a great phone, either: 1. Single-color display. That is, you choose the color and the entire display is that one color. 2. Battery doesn't last long. This may be because the battery is getting old. Not sure. It has to be charged after a couple of calls. 3.
Summary: The phone worked only a few hours and is in the landfill now. I even went to Verizon and tried to get it repaired with no luck. I had already given positive to the guy also I didn't really pay much for it. My luck!
Summary: This was by far the worst phone I ever owned.... I went through three phones in a year and a half. There was something wrong with the phone receiving signals. I could make calls but but when the other person answered my phone there would be silence. Had this happened only once one might attribute it to a faulty phone but twice? The third phone broke for no reason I went to turn it on one day and it never turned on.
