Samsung Solstice II (AT&T)

PC Magazine

  • Conclusion: The Solstice II is a decent enough feature phone, but there's little point in buying it over a $49 iPhone 3GS or a similarly-priced Android phone.
  • Pros: Colorful touch screen. Powerful Web browser. Plenty of multimedia features. Lightweight.
  • Cons: Loads of bloatware. Terrible music player. Mandatory $20-per-month data plan kills value.

  • Conclusion: So what do we have with the Samsung Solstice II that separates it from its predecessor? Well, there isn't much in terms of specs as it qualifies itself as yet another decent, but not quite spectacular, basic touchscreen offering from Samsung's camp.
  • Pros: Responsive capacitive touchscreen, Good calling quality
  • Cons: Same looking design, Below average looking photos
