Summary: I'm very unsatisfied with it. It constantly drops calls, battery dies after one phone call and it makes a very weird noise in the background.I sended this phone back but he never returned my money.
Excerpt: when alltel change it verion, i have drop calls lots more. now i have to pay them more mmoney to buy my bill by use my cell. they change me 5 dollrs to do it over the phone. it was better with alltel becuse i never had a drop call or change to buy my bill over the phone. so if you what a cell, i would find a diffent company then use verzion. it not worth going thought them. or go to prepay cell phone. that what i have to do becuse vezrion it's a not good company.
Excerpt: The phone is probably OK but the service provider T-Mobile is weak in Ohio, I travel much of the state and drop calls, no service available more places than there is service. Even on major interstates. Don't do It. The phone has plenty of nice features and games and ringtones, but I have a computer and a playstaion for those things I just need to talk to customers and I'm constantly having to call them back over and over to complete a conversation.
Do NOT buy this phone, it's known issue...go ahead call up the carrier ....

Summary: This phone with the known issue that the Samsung behold phone repeatedly reboot itself. I spent time and money tried to fix it.... the ended result with hopeless. I called TMOBILE, the Representative said nothing TMOBILE can do about this known issue since no warranty on your phone! To all my readers, the lesson learned here, read/research before you buy anything!!!

Summary: T-MOBILE customer service has an average wait time of over 40 minutes and they just keep sending you to different departments with long wait times untill you give up.they kept taking $96 a month from my bank account for 5 months and would not provide a confirmation number to close down my month to month account.the product did not work as it was suposed to and i went back into the store immediatly and an employee told me that the technology was flawed and that they were...
Summary: I bought the Samsung propel 763 about a month ago and was very disappointed. It came locked to AT&T , I got the unlocked code and tried to open it and it phone freezed. I called samsung to tried and rectify the problem and they told me that the phone was locked by the carrier so I would have to call AT&T. I then call AT&T who redirected me back to Samsung, telling me that it is a fault with the maker of the phone and not with the service provider.
Pros: looks nice, thought the camera would be great
Cons: this phone crashes, it grew a mind of its own. the only thing i could do was answer calls.... it was going crazy as if i was pushing many different buttons and when i tried to use it, it would do nothing.......HORRIBLE.
Pros: Love the touch aspect, its many features, call quality, user friendly. T-mobile has always exchanged it for a new one, and now the warranty has run out, but they are upgrading me free to a Highlight.
Cons: The touch screen keeps freezing up. This is the 4th phone I've had in 15 months, and now moving on to a Highlight. There were no games downloaded on the phone, only web access ones available.
