  • Summary: It was what was described, just wish I had known the battery does not stay charged for very long, not even all day and I don't use my phone very much so if I was an avid user of the phone I would have to buy a new battery to get good use out of the product.

not impressed at all

  • Excerpt: This phone was phenomenal from the start. Nice slide form factor, and 30 MB built in memory. Phone has a memory card slot which enables more downloads and such without pay (he he he he). I accidentally sat on my phone and severely damaged the screen! Still waiting for Samsung to make a more durable handset, I mean I only weigh about 102 pounds!!!! Phones have got to be more durable than that!

Just a Regular Phone!

smileycb, Ebay
9 November 2008
  • Summary: I was told to purchase this phone by a T-Mobile Rep who said it was one of best. Having had Samsung phones before, my expectations were high, especially since the phone cost so much (I usually get the free upgrades). However, the most annoying thing about this phone happens to be the fact that if the phone is in the case and it rings, when you try to answer the phone, pressing ANY button seems to reject the call.

Nice phone

bunchieface, Ebay
5 September 2008
  • Summary: I purchased this phone as an upgrade to the T429. Honestly I am disappointed. It doesn't have as many features as the T429. I can not program the text message tones or have them repeat if I miss one. The ring tones are not loud enough. Aside from that it is a comfortable phone and easy to use but I think I will go to the phone store and try the phone out before I purchase another on E-Bay.

Not a good phone

Rizwan, Phone Arena

  • Excerpt: Don't be deceived by the body of this phone, the features of this phone are at most choppy and the sound quality isnt perfect either. I had to huddle the phone 3-4 inches when the speaker was on to just hear it.

Great Phone! - Poor voice quality :(

  • Excerpt: PROS: This phone overall ROCKS! Diggin the 'coffee brown color' - Very unique, as most online images of the phone show it a very colorful brown, its less intense in person, still brown though. Everything works great with the phone, few minor lock ups but thats cause it was programmed with the Java platform. Nothing too serious. Everything, (once you get use to it) is easy to use.

Great phone, except for the phone part.

  • Excerpt: First off, this is a great device for web, text messages, t-zones email, pictures, and general usage. The screen is great, the keypad, although flat, is actually easy and comfortable to use. And the overall design of the phone is fantastic. However if you are in areas with a weak signal, beware. At my office the signal is generally low.
