A good starter touch screen phone with popular features at a good price.

Summary: Easy to use. It has a good speaker for playing mp3s without earbuds and holds all my music and pictures on the memory card. I like the screen lock button and the side volume controls. Only thing I wish that was different is the connection for charging is the same as the connecdtion for the ear buds and it is not 3.5mm or mini usb. For the money it is a good entry level touch screen phone with a lot of features.
Excerpt: I was looking for a phone to replace a slider phone that I had for about 2 months and was starting to break. I picked out the cheapest phone for T-mobile at WalMart. I was very suprised at all the features that came with this phone. It comes with a great 3.0 mega pixel camera, that also shoots video. It would have been great if it had a flash with it but still takes great pictures. The touchscreen is not as sensitive as I would have liked.
Excerpt: When I started looking for a new phone, my husband tried to convince me to get this phone because he had one of Samsungs other touchscreen phones. I was skeptical, I didn't think I would like it. So I tried a different phone and the camera was horrible so, needless to say, I ended up taking it back to exchange for the Highlight. I LOVE IT!
Excerpt: For a cell phone (which is not a data phone) I would say this is pretty impressive. It was free as an upgrade from Tmobile and I didn't want to pay for a phone that'd be over $100 to replace if lost (insurance). It has a pretty decent speakerphone. The camera is lacking a bit, not great but the phone itself id pretty reliable. The keyboard takes some getting use to as well because you can easily press different buttons when not intending too.
Excerpt: It is tiny and oh so functional. The one draw back I find is that I text slightly slower now as the virtual keyboard causes typing errors: I had the samsung gravity before and I miss the full keyboard with actual keys. Besides the occassional text interferance I find that it is a great value comparable to the more expensive 3g, internet ready phones. With a memory card I can add tons of pics and music from my pc and the web access is pretty good.
Excerpt: After one month of using samsungs new highlight touchscreen, i find it eazy to use, very finger friendly. Controlable widgets, fast 3g connection, Very fast responce. I enjoy and truly recomend this phone. i think this phone is defanitly worth having.
Excerpt: I've had this phone for three months now and have had no technical problems with it. It has a decent quality camera, a user friendly touch screen interface, and easy to use keyboard on screen that can be used when the phone is in either position. The Highlight is customizable in terms of wallpapers and ringtones, as well as being able to choose which shortcuts to use on the widget bar.
Excerpt: I have had my samsung Highlight phone for a few months now, and I must say that I am excessively pleased with it. The picture and video quality are great. Sound is very good also. My only issues with it are that it could have come with a few more preprogrammed ring tones, and if you are talking to someone and the touchscreen are not locked, your face sets the screen off. The touch screen is well responsive, and web applications easy to use.
Samsung Highlight is a sleek phone that's easy to use and love.

Excerpt: I love my Samsung Highlight. It's sleek, fun, very nice to look at, and super easy to use. I love the fact that it has a strap for a charm, since I am addicted to cell phone charms. The touch screen is amazing to use, and I adore how it can vibrate with every touch. The widgets are incredibly fun to use, too, right from the home-screen.
I love my Samsung Highlight! It is the perfect phone for me!

Excerpt: My Samsung Highlight is very light and easy to carry around. One of my favorite features is that the vibrate setting is very strong so you are likely to feel the phone vibrating in your pocket and unlikely to miss a call. The tough screen is sensitive so you do not have to press the screen over and over for the phone to do what you want it to. The speaker volume is fairly loud so it is not difficult to hear in a loud place.
