Summary: PURCHASED THIS PHONE FOR MY WIFE. PHONE GETS POOR SIGNAL IN COMPARISON TO OLDER MODELS. INTERNET BROWSING IS OK BUT NOT WHAT YOU WOULD WANT (WAITING TIME) THE WORST THOUGH IS THAT AFTER 2 DAYS OF USE THE TOUCHSCREEN JUST STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY. I LOOKED UP REVIEWS OUTSIDE OF EBAY AND FOUND MANY OTHERS HAVE HAD SAME DIFFICULTY WITH THE PHONE. I ONLY PAID 80 FOR THE PHONE, IF THE TOUCHSCREEN WOULD NOT HAVE FAILED I WOULD SAY IT IS ONLY WORTH HALF THE PRICE.

Summary: T-MOBILE customer service has an average wait time of over 40 minutes and they just keep sending you to different departments with long wait times untill you give up.they kept taking $96 a month from my bank account for 5 months and would not provide a confirmation number to close down my month to month account.the product did not work as it was suposed to and i went back into the store immediatly and an employee told me that the technology was flawed and that they were...
Summary: It does not fit the phone!It says it's for this phone model but I don't see how? I believe it should just snap into place, but it's not even the same size or shape of the phone. I am not sure if they sent the wrong one or not??
