A terrible phone

  • Summary: Easily the worst phone I have ever owned. Keeps shutting off and/or restarting several times a day for no apparent reason, even in the middle of calls. I sometimes miss important calls because I don't realize it has shut itself off, and sometimes go hours before I realize that it's off.

  • Summary: The phone is defective. It keeps turning off and then restarts every few minutes even when I am talking or texting. There was also nothing sent with the phone giving information on how to contact the seller. I would rate this product zero as it doesn't work.

  • Summary: I know two other people other than who have had this phone and all three phones have completely had problems with them. Also constantly drops 3G, irresponsive, terrible touchscreen. Unacceptable especially from a manufacturer like Samsung

Worst phone I've owned

  • Summary: The touch screen on this phone is awful! It worked fine for a couple weeks. Because it is a pressure screen, and not an actual touch screen like the iphone for instance, it soon became very difficult to get it to perform the function I was looking for.

  • Summary: Spend the money for a better phone. I have more problems with this thing. *The keyboard is horrible. the keys are too tiny. I wind up having to use a pen cap or a stylus to tap out my message. VERY time consuming. *The touch screen is not real responsive to touch.

  • Summary: Had 1st one replaced under warranty within six months after it stopped receiving messages, dropping calls and not receiving calls while receiving full strength signal, the touchscreen also stopped working and was forced to use arrows on keyboard to navigate.

  • Summary: This phone makes me mad every other time I use it. If I could afford a different cell phone I would get one. Half the time I make a phone call the phone will not hang up. I also corrupts my micro SDs card most of the time. Won't let me set more than 3 individual ringtones.

Hands Down Worst Phone EVER...

  • Summary: And, that is not just MY opinion. I have been through 2 of them after returning the first for warranty replacement (surely this phone has to be defective, right?) My husband had one (but quickly sold his for BB) and a close friend got stuck with one, but again quickly sold his and got a BB.
