A terrible phone

Summary: Easily the worst phone I have ever owned. Keeps shutting off and/or restarting several times a day for no apparent reason, even in the middle of calls. I sometimes miss important calls because I don't realize it has shut itself off, and sometimes go hours before I realize that it's off. I like the features it has, but they don't do much good if the phone doesn't work right.
Summary: I bought this product from someone who claimed it was in perfect working order. When I first activated it, I noticed a few glitches. It never worked "in perfect condition," from the start. Within a month, this phone is nearly completely useless. I am unable to use the touch screen or any of the buttons. 9 times out of 10,the phone does not accept calls. The backlight and screen will not shut off, so the battery runs down within a few hours.
Summary: This by far has to be the worst first smart phone experience that one could have. TMobile & Samsung should be ashamed for sticking people with this crappy phone. If you want to find out for yourself - simply Google Samsung Gravity Smart internal memory errors & you'll see the sea of complaints about about this phone's ridiculously low internal memory.
Summary: When I first got it a year ago, I was very happy with it. It worked splendidly, with just a little lag (as expected), for a month. Then it began to slow down, and the screen started to deteriorate. Now, the center of the screen is warped, and responds weirdly to my touch. Sometimes, when I want it to stop scrolling, it just keeps moving, or the screen starts shaking (even when I'm not touching it), or it starts selecting random things.
Pros: Gets the basics down, Keyboard easy to use, High calling quality, Okay camera (+ image editing), Long battery life (3-4 days if you don't use it often)
Cons: Horrible screen, Lag, Broke easily, Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, Very soft vibrate
Summary: This phone was given to me by a co-worker simply because he didn't need it, and I was still using the Samsung Comeback(a 3 year old phone) and was craving something new. I love Samsung phones, and was super excited to test it out. Honestly, I'm ready to go back to my Comeback. I've been using this for 2 months now, and I absolutely hate it.
This phone is the cause 75% of my world's frustration

Summary: I have had this phone for about a year and a half. I have cursed it at least once every day of that time. First and foremost, the touch screen is awful. Most of the time it does not recognize a simple touch or selection and if you try to scroll, it either does not feel the touch or it buzzes through the whole list. Possibly the second most frustrating aspect, also related to the touch screen, is that when I talk I either hit hold, mute, or speaker phone with my cheek.
