Summary: Great little phone. Very small and lite. Keyboard works best using finger nails for big fingers. Great value. Only thing I wish is that the T-Mobile "Web2Go" key could be reprogrammed for accessing the contacts lists.
Summary: Purchased it for my mother and she loves it and even got into texting. LOL I've had it for 7 months without any problems. The only issue with the phone is the unusual headset jack. I tried the Samsung adapter, but the results were poor.
Summary: I bought this item because I have used Samsung cell phones without any issues in the past. These phones have always been easy to use and have good battery life. Having it unlocked is a plus too.
will get the job done without breakng the bank. great teens starter phone.

Summary: got this phone for my little sister. it is a great starter phone for a young teen. i believe that an iphone is still not necessary or many times appropriate for kids for many different reasons. this phone has all that young teens can need and a bit more. it has a full Qwerty keyboard, web2go access, good speaker and mic, etc. granted that it is a "budget" phone, it does not have touch screen, but the qwerty and number pad are more than appropriate.
Summary: Bought this phone for my mum, she likes it but the only issue we have complain with, is the very small key pad. it will not be rated with those of the new smart phone neither will it be rated with that purpose to serve the older generation, just Ok.
Summary: I have been using it for the past 3 years. It's been rained on, dropped many times, including being dropped on asphalt and concrete, and yet... it still works fine! The keyboard is VERY useful for texting. I didnt want to deal with a smartphone yet... so this "Not-so-smart" phone has been my choice.
