Summary: The main issue was the SIM card that came with the phone did not work. After a 3-week snafu with TracFone, a replacement SIM card was sent, an old phone number was added to the phone, the old minutes were added to the new phone. Now I am okay.
Summary: This phone gives me double minutes on my phone, so for example if I purchase 60 minutes then I get 120 minutes because of what the phone features. I love the text messaging & phone calls I make on it daily. A very budget friendly phone especially if you are poor.
For what it is, it's fine with me. Strictly used for emergencies.

Summary: For what it is, which is a very basic cell phone, it works just fine. Nothing fancy about it. I wish I could find a case for it, but that's not the phone's fault. I bought the phone for emergency situations and nothing more. I got it for under ten bucks at a chain store with the initials WM.
Summary: Several of the one-star reviews seem to miss what this phone is about. It's not intended to replace a smartphone. I already have a smartphone, and can afford to buy any phone I want (OK, I can't afford a Motorola Aura, although I don't really *want* one, either).
Summary: i got this for school because i have a smartphone and if it rings it gets taken up. I got smart if it rings instead of giving the smartphone and waiting till the end of the year to get it, give them the crap phone don't put minuets on it and don't pay the school for it back let them keep the phone.
