Summary: Simple, small phone for people not using data. Looks good and works great, unlocked, but... To fully use it with T-Mobile service I had to call customer service and ask them to send me via sms company software allowing sending and receiving pictures. It took just few minutes, but over an hour on google to find out what is wrong. After that absolutely no problems.
Summary: This phone is just ok. You can hear it ring unlike the Motorola W409G I had before. That is a plus. The minus points are that you cannot block phone numbers nor can you have it both ring and vibrate at the same time. Those are two features I really miss since the volume of the ringer can easily get turned down without knowing it. Not being able to block calls means the robo calls get through.
Summary: The last phone I had would make emergency phone calls while in my pocket. Decided to go back to the basic flip phone on a prepaid plan. This one does the job very well. I like the ease of use, open phone, make call, close phone, put back in pocket. And for $22 a month!! Yes!!!
Summary: I bought this phone recently and had a problem with the date time display reverting back to a date of 1/1/2006 and time of 5:00AM. If you powered it off and powered it back up it would display the correct time and date briefly but then revert back if you did anything. Initially spent over an hour of frustration with tech support at net10 who kept insisting I go to the settings menu and manually change the time (can't get there from here options grayed out).
Summary: Does what my husband wanted, a flip phone with Bluetooth so he could use it without contract. Takes a fairly decent photo. Battery life is excellent. One week still half charged on first charge. Works with ATT gophone prepaid sim. Package arrived as stated no box, but neatly bubble wrapped. Speedy delivery. For a simple flip phone, this is a great choice.
Summary: I bought this to use with PTEL Mobile, on sale so pretty good value. In the world of basic flip phones, it's pretty good. I only need a phone for calls and texting, so cannot comment on the other stuff like web browsing, etc. It looks nicer than my old Virgin Mobile Arc phone and has a nicer ringtone. The manual that iZone includes is barely informative, but you can find one online pretty easily or just dig around in the menus.
Summary: Hello purchased this item / Samsung S275G Phone (Net 10) and cannot figure out how to set the date and time. Went into settings and it shows me the date and time but I cannot change the settings/times/dates - looked in your blue bk and it doesn't show how to do it!! Help. Need an ownership book for this phone - it came with a Service Guide and Activation Card. No instructions how to set date/time settings.
Summary: When I purchase a new unlocked phone, I expect it to come unlocked in a sealed package from the manufacturer. What I received was a new phone locked to a carrier and a key to do the unlocking myself. Although applying the key is a minor inconvenience, the procedure bases this sale on misleading advertising. Whether it also is plainly illegal will depend on how the unlocking key was obtained from the manufacturer/the carrier. Amazon should explain.
