Summary: This phone was listed as new, but was not! It had been removed from the packaging, had no film covers to protect glass surfaces, has some minor scratches, and damage to the view screen picture in the upper left corner, inside. It seems to be functioning alright, but I am disappointed that it was not new as advertised by your agency.
Summary: Net 10 & tracfone, no customer service.no speeky english. I have called them about ten times.they say they are sending me a new phone.Well time will tell. every time you call you got to go through a list of Questions, same questions every time. When I give them my phone # they should have all the information they need ,But I guess all the info from the other nine times I called magicly dissipears when we get disconected or hang up.
Summary: Simple and easy Net 10 service provider has grate coverage here in the island of Puerto Rico. The only thing is lack of a feature a reject list for phone calls and messages that we don't desire. Other things work perfectly, battery last very long.
Summary: The phone with a text keyboard that I gave my daughter last year was five times more costly and was inferior quality. She was astonished at this new phone costing so little. I wish there had been instructions to contact the cell phone dept in the store where she received it. She struggled to get it going by herself and ended up being assigned a new phone number. Rather wasteful because she would have preferred to keep her OLD phone number.
Summary: I had been trying to get the Net10 $15/200 minute plan and this was the solution, had to have a Net 10 phone to access the plan. Ordered the phone DESPITE the fact that the Walmart website indicated it would not work in zip code 94513 (also zip code 33076 for that matter); Got the phone, activated it, and worked like a champ. Not sure why the Walmart website says it won't work in the two mentioned zip codes since it uses ATT network.
