Summary: I was initially impressed by speed of delivery after order - but on opening found that it was not the 700ji that I had ordered but the 700j- but more importantly the face of the mobile phone was covered in scratches!

Summary: After receiving this phone about 4 weeks after I ordered it, it has given me nothing but trouble. People call me and I cant hear them and they can't hear me. It's like I never have any signal but its not the service provider but the handset. I have since taken out a contract and don't use this anymore as it is so annoying!!!! Also I was sent the wrong colour , I ave black and not dark silver.
Summary: I bought one of this about a month ago. It is difficult to set up, though it was working fine until an internal crack appeared in the screen display. I have never dropped it or hit at against anything. It indeed has no indentation mark, not even a scratch. Both carphone warehouse and samsung do not want to comply with the warranty agreement saying that I was the one damaging it.
Summary: This phone relies on your being a software writing genius. I have for two weeks been trying to get the features to work, dispite several long and tedious calls to the 'help' line its still not up to the job. The software included does'nt work, the help line is tedious and the end result is i've gone back to my old phone.
