Great phone an cheap!!!!

  • Excerpt: The Samsung Omnia is a great phone. It has many unique features that I really like about it. One of its unique features is its ability to capture a business card and then transer it as a business contact in your phone automatically. An excellent feature for any person in sales. Another feature that it has, is a built in GPS unit.

Not the iPhone, but the Omnia gets it done.

  • Excerpt: I purchased the Samsung Omnia since I couldn't get the iPhone on Verizon. It is definitely not the iPhone, but it does work well. The camera is the best I have had so far in a cell phone. It has great detail and zoom for a phone camera. I can stay connected to all my email accounts in one place, and it is easy to open Word, Excel, ad PDF files. There is a huge amount of memory (8GB) for a phone which makes keeping those great pictures a breeze.

  • Excerpt: I recieved this phone in March of 2009. I got it because I wanted a phone where I could use as a compact organizer as well instead of carrying a thick organizer. I thought is would be nice to have a touch screen but at first I couldn't get the hang of it. It took me a  while to appreciate the touch screen and eventually enjoyed having it. It is easy to press the buttons unlike the Blackberry Storm which I thought about getting when I purchased this one.

as close to an iPhone as you'll get with Verizon right now

  • Excerpt: This is for the Samsung Omnia phone on the Verizon network. To be honest up front, I love Verizon. I've been with them for years and I have never considered switching providers. But, Verizon does not offer an the iPhone. So it was time to get a new phone so I checked out what Verizon offered. My main concerns were: I need a phone that actually worked well as a phone, I need mobile web browsing, I preferred to have a camera and I really wanted a phone with built-in WiFi.

great phone, lots of extras, albeit a short battery life.

  • Excerpt: We recently added two of the Samsung Omnia to our family, and so far we are very satisfied.  There are plenty of extras: email, radio, mp3, games, a touch screen, camera, flashlight, just about anything.  It's almost a handheld computer, with 8GB and it runs Windows Mobile also.  You can access Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.A stylus is not required, but it does make it easier because the stylus can pinpoint an item, rather than the entire area of your fingertip.

  • Excerpt: I ordered this phone because it was time for an upgrade and with a new contract and the deal of the day, it was free.  I was a bit skeptical at first, but I do love the phone.  I am able to create some simple Word documents and Excel spreadsheets.  I have not been able to get Power Point to load just yet.  Granted, I have not yet watched the instructional DVD.  I particularly love the size of the screen and the ease of the keyboard.  The swype feature is wonderful.
