Excerpt: There is few things that gives this phone few minuses: small memory and don’t have Irda. One of these minuses You can purchase - You can buy microSD memory card and enlarge memory but Irda since there is bluetooth is in second place so use bluetooth and don’t think about Irda. Menu as all Samsungs is simple and easy to use. I suggest this phone to everyone young, old, man or women this phone will like all of You.
Excerpt: I give a 9 for efficiency and overall look. If you’re someone who’s just looking for an affordable and regular mobile phone, this is it for you! But just one thing, they say that the sliding feature can be a disadvantage. I got feedbacks that eventually, the sliding of the phone often would cause it to break. But as for me, it didn’t happen to me at least for now. I guess, we just have to be extra careful on that one.
Excerpt: If you want to install an application like game, dictionary, you need to download it through GPRS on your mobile and that is expensive than downloading from computer. Its application size is limited to about 300KB. It doesn’t accept an application larger than that, even if it is very useful one. But i can enjoy applications smaller than that size. Daylight pictures in it’s 1.3 MP VGA camera are fine but it’s not useful during the night time.
Excerpt: This is a fairly decent phone for what it is. It lacks any of the higher end functionality of the newer smart phones, but it has texting, limited internet access, games, bluetooth capability, and a (albeit crappy) camera. I am notorious for dropping my phone so I opted for this because I wasnt going to shell out several hundred dollars to drop it on the ground. This phone is durable!! its got scratches bumps and bruises but it continues to work perfectly.
Excerpt: This phone is good for the average teen but as far as for a working adult i wouldnt see it as suitable. The phone is some what fragile too many drops and you'll in line for a replacement. Also it doesnt have alot of memory, so if your the type who loves to take many pictures as well as have many ringtones this isnt the phone for you. on the plus side the phone has a sleek design. it is also a verticle slider.
Excerpt: This is an pretty old phone now but it is one of the portable phone i've ever used. I think this phone is no more manufactured but it was a great phone. This phone has a sliding features which makes it small when slided down. The best part of the phone is the music player, it plays mp3 files very smoothly we can even record videos with this phone. Though it just has a vga camera the pictures and the videos are acceptable.
Excerpt: There are reviews here that say: 1. "the battery . can't stand for long time" & 2. "no voice clarity even in full lengh signal" which are, both (all), false. This phone had (& still has) GREAT battery life and it has a setting, in its options, for "voice clarity". My dad has been using it for a number of years and he's completely incompetent with digital devices, yet he's had no problems with it. This could be a great second-hand phone to get..
Excerpt: You have to consider not only the basics (send/receive messages, make/receive calls, etc.), but also the other specifications of the phone you are interested in. The phone you will be going to buy must also be the one you are eager to have it and comfortable to use it. You can buy many cell phones you want but just bear in mind the fundamental concept of why it is built or made in the first place to keep in touch with those important people who are far from distance yet...
Excerpt: The inbuilt browser is pretty useless…unless you’re using it for making downloads. The phone is powered by Java and as i mentioned before 4mb of memory is reserved for java templates/midlets. Thanks to the not so powerful hardware, you may not be able to run even the medium-end java apps, let alone the high-end ones. My phone has hung up several times while using the ‘opera mini mobile’ internet browser which is an Java application.
