they did a great job and it arrived fast
Summary: Nothing wrong with the company that sent it, they did a great job and it arrived fast! It is the phone that is the problem for me. It has a very weak volume so it is hard to hear people even when it is on the max setting. Also the texing is very annoying and more difficult than it should be. I would find another phone if I had to use a non-smartphone device!
Summary: I love samsung but this is AT&T phone but tmobile compatible. Alot of features cant be used. I use it only for talk/text. My internet is used on my tablet since I dont have AT&T service to cell.
Summary: Nothing is easy about using this phone; from actually making / rcv'g calls to text messaging -and everything in btwn -the so called bells and whistles on this phone blow! -not that i like bells & whistles.
Summary: These phones are NOT androids which makes me feel so much better in giving it to one of my tweens. That alone saves me money on my cell bills. I don't feel comfortable buying a data plan for a 12 and 13 year old. I like that it has a keyboard for texting as that is what the kids really want to do. They like to text non-stop with their friends. This phone holds up well to frequent use. The buttons last a long time.
Summary: I was told by the vendor in the offer that the phone was completely unlock. But it happens that it did not work truly in Costa Rica; there wasn't no way it could configure for internet..zero access to apps.....To bad..I had to return it; hopefully I was refunded.
Summary: This keyboard is stiff and hard to use. During a phone call, I cannot access the number pad to respond to voice prompts. For some strange reason my voice mail directions are all in Spanish which I don't speak. If I could understand them, I still couldn't unlock the message as I can't use the number pad. Also, my 375 contacts did not transfer. Basically, I was starting from scratch. So, YES....I HATE THIS PHONE!!!!!
