Summary: The touch pad will just freeze on the phone, or the left half will stop working. If you take it apart, remove the battery, the SIM card, and the micro SD card let it sit on the table for at least an hour.
Summary: Most phones now days (android, windows phone, apple ect) they all require you to purchase a data plan along with unlimited texting. I bought this phone back in August of 2010. Overall it is a very good phone. I rarely have any issues with [the operating system] or the phone in general.
Excerpt: the only problem that i and many other users is that the phone keeps reseting itself very often and at times when you need it the most... a month to six months is when it starts to happen... so if you get this phone plan on exchanging it for a new one.
Summary: Personally I am not a huge fan of the TouchWiz OS and its very limited amount of pre-installed "widgets," I suppose that decision is up to the user. Bottom line, this is a rather respectable multimedia feature phone, but I guess that I was just looking for something more, which is why I ultimately...
Pros: Decent screen, 3.5mm headphone jack, camera with flash takes nice pictures, good battery life and wireless coverage.
Cons: This phone is rather sluggish. Menu and homescreen transitions are slow, sometimes painfully such. Even though this is a feature phone I was hoping for wifi. I guess that Sammy just decided that it was on the lower end of the cusp. My first Mythic got stuck in an eternal reboot loop after a coupl...
Excerpt: I was really hesitant to buy this phone due to the conflicting reviews I read from various sources. I wanted to replace my Samsung Eternity, which I really loved, but as time went on I found that not having voice dial was a real annoyance, making my blue tooth headset virtually useless.
Pros: Voice commands, two internet browsers, great virtual keyboard, three home screens for all those widgets, customizing options.
Cons: Interface could be snappier, monthly fees for almost all the applications.
Excerpt: The only two downfalls of this phone are the weak battery and the interface. During the first 30 seconds or so after startup the phone is particularly slow (perhaps loading the memory card, it's always updates the time but this can be disabled). Other than that the phone is awesome.
Pros: very crisp display, nice size and weight, call and music sound quality is great, watching videos look clear (320x240 mp4), no data plan required through at&t
Cons: weak battery, touch interface is slow at times, many files and apps are system locked (can't remove them), removing the memory card is practically surgery (plan on leaving it in)
