Summary: This phone came in promptly. It worked for 10 days and the touchscreen became unresponsive. I tried taking the battery out for a few minutes several times. I did not drop this phone or get it wet or anything unusual.
Summary: One of the worst phones I ever used. The piece looks good, light weight, and smart, but works horrible. You can't customize the menu, its fixed by AT&T, slider Menu is of no you, you have to drag the shortcuts from slider Menu onto screen the use the application.
Summary: the touchscreen is NOT at all friendly... it often drops the call. Sometimes it hangs up on its own... screen size is okay... also it heats up after 5-10 minutes of continuous talk worst model from samsung
Summary: This phone is the worst phone ever! It drops calls, completely skips calls and I get voicemails later. It would tell me I had a text and I would click read and it would glitch and go back to the lock screen. The screen is probably the weakest thing ever.
Summary: If I could rate this and give it no stars, I absolutely would. This phone has to be the junkiest phone that I've ever owned. It drops calls a lot, I do not get all of my incoming calls, but end up with voicemails sometimes days later, and switching inbetween call waiting is a nightmare.
Summary: I got this phone back in April 2010 after reading numerous reviews saying how great it was. When I went to my local AT&T store I didn't hesitate in purchasing it for my upgrade. By June I was regretting my decision all together.
