Economic phone. Excellent touch screen
29 October 2013
Summary: The phone function very good. The camera tooks beautiful pictures, but the extended QWERTY keyboard its bad. I need to press so hard to get a letter, but the touch screen keyboard and icons function excellent. In close areas I don't have signal to make calls or send text messages. For the price is good.
Excerpt: This cell phone is a great for texting with a full qwerty keyboard. The service sucks i had to restart my Samsung impression 4-5 times a day because the messaging would'nt go through. The camera also isnt good. This phone would be great for your average highschool or younger , I wouldnt suggest this for Work or business.
Excerpt: I would say this phone is perfect, but for some reason at least once a day i need to restart my phone or it wont send any more texts. I know a few other people who have this phone and claim they have the same problem. This may have just been a glitch when they first came out, hopefully all the ones out now are better, but otherwise its a great phone.
Excerpt: i Got this phone for christmas. It is an ok phone. It was free at and t upgrade so i chose it. There are some pros and cons to this phone. I feel like this phone has more troubles than it is worth. The phone is very cumbersome to use. It froze a lot and made me very frustrated because it would freeze at the most inopportune times. Another problem with this phone is the bad battery life.
Excerpt: I've had the Impression for a little over a year. It has some good features and some bad features. The top row of keys on the qwerty keypad are too close to the base of the phone - makes it difficult to text. Phone is not real user friendly. Camera is very slow. Takes decent pictures - but the object must be completely stationary or you'll get a blurry pic.
Excerpt: I have had this phone for 4 months and I don't think the keyboard works properly. When I type I either get to many letters or no letter. I took it back to the AT&T store and they didn't have a problem with it. I've had other people try it and the same thing happened to them. I like the phone very much except for the keyboard problem. I have to say it takes great pictures and is easy to use. I also like the large screen. Is it me or the phone? HELP!
If you can afford more, get an iPhone. If not, it's alright.

Excerpt: I bought this phone right after my old blackjack started losing signal on me all the time. I was hoping to get something better, but during the time of purchase, I was tight on funds, and this phone was relatively cheap. I hadn't checked any reviews on the device, I didn't know a thing about it, but if I could go back now, I assure you I might've made a different choice.
Excerpt: The Samsung Impression is an okay cell phone. It is nice in that it has a large screen and displays colors wonderfully. If you are familiar with the Samsung layout, it has the widget bar and such for the home screen. As for calling, call quality is good. Both ends of a phone call is very clear, and the speakerphone is nice and loud which is a plus for me.
Excerpt: Well the phone is deffently nice and sumsung is really reliable which is why I first chose the phone. I did not like that fact that I can't find how to change the message tones for text messages and multimedia messages. Also you have to push the screen hard to get a response. I did like the slide out QWERTY keyboard and the way it slides out. I like the pictures that is comes with also and how it rotates through them as a background.
Excerpt: I got this phone because of the quality of the camera that came with it and the great amount of storage space. The touch screen is just right. It's not too sensitive and not too difficult to press what you need. My main problems with it are the placement of the camera button and the "unlock" button.
