Probably not a good deal. Delivery was good though.
19 April 2015
Summary: Great delivery. Product wasn't very good though. Would rethink buying refurb phones. Keyboard was inconsistent from the beginning. Then the diffuser started to go bad within 2 months. I did better on my own with the repair. Oh well - live and learn.
Summary: The phone that we recieved did not work properly. The phone would ring, be answered and then almost instantly go black. Calls were miss often because the ringer did not work properly even after adjusting the volume and different ring tones.
Summary: This is the second Impression I have bought. I thought maybe the first one was just a bad phone but this one is starting to act up like the other one. Usually re-booting helps but what a pain to do that. The alarm will light up for a flash second and then shut off without the chime.
Summary: This phone was designed by a stupid person. The lock button literally impossible to depress without sliding the phone open AND pressing one of the several buttons on the other edge of the screen.
Excerpt: I got this phone October of '09 and first I loved it. Until I had some little water damage from the rain. Once that happened my keyboard had some malfunctions; it had major sticky keys. For a while that was the only problem but it was fine because the touch screen was perfect.
Pros: Easy to use, Good Touch Screen, Good Music Player
Excerpt: This started out as a great phone. I like having 2 different types of keyboard. The volume is fine, battery life is fine. The camera could use some help. Nothing bad until it started to freeze up. I have had horrible issues with texting. I have to try to resend a text 4-6 times with no luck.
Excerpt: I have had this phone since April 2010 and have used it for 4 months now. There is not a whole lot of customization to this phone. The phone is very glitchy and must be reset every week or so. The keyboard is very laggy or it will often press keys multiple times making texts unreadable.
Excerpt: I downgraded from a BlackBerry Curve. Pros: Bright screen. Easy texting. Touch screen. Cons: The bright screen is out of focus ever so slightly. Touch screen didn't work as well as I had hoped-no calibrating didn't help. Camera-maybe it's me, but every pic I took was horribly out of focus.
