Not happy with this product. A lot bigger then I expected for a flip phone.

Summary: I was not real happy with this phone. I did not have internet so I was not really able to try out those capabilities. But I was not happy with the charger cover of the case kept opening up it was not connected tightly. Also it was fairly a big flip phone then I was expecting it to be.
Very basic, cheap 'back up' phone for rough handling eg during vacations.

Summary: Pros: rugged, dropped it several times, still working. Water resistant. Speaker function is loud and clear. Cons: picture is deceptive; calendar/time function turns off when phone is shut. Downloading ringtones and use of internet features only with AT&T subscription. Bluetooth not MAC book compatible.
"Problems since I got it; not worth price even if free"

Pros: They say it is durable
Cons: Takes very poor pictures; sim card went bad; battery went bad. Got this phone for work, and it has been a constant irritation. It never did have good battery life, even before battery died. Had phone 7 months, and have made 4 trips to AT&T so far.
Summary: It seems to be fairly rugged but some of the features are difficult. With texting I am unable to use my address book to send by name, instead I am having to put in the number only. Some of the settings are not accessible to me, I can't change to alert tone for texting. The screen has a glare making it difficult to read while writting. I have read in the manual and it isn't helping much. I have to go into menu to use the camera.
Summary: This phone does not seem much more durable then most flip phones out there. You have a maze of buttons to push just to preform 1 function (such as writing and sending a text message) It is a very slow processing phone. It takes a while to download picture messages. I had a lg cu 400 before this and would reccomend that phone 10 fold over this phone and it cost way less. Not worth the money.
