Not happy with this product. A lot bigger then I expected for a flip phone.

Summary: I was not real happy with this phone. I did not have internet so I was not really able to try out those capabilities. But I was not happy with the charger cover of the case kept opening up it was not connected tightly. Also it was fairly a big flip phone then I was expecting it to be.
Very basic, cheap 'back up' phone for rough handling eg during vacations.

Summary: Pros: rugged, dropped it several times, still working. Water resistant. Speaker function is loud and clear. Cons: picture is deceptive; calendar/time function turns off when phone is shut. Downloading ringtones and use of internet features only with AT&T subscription. Bluetooth not MAC book compatible.
Summary: It seems to be fairly rugged but some of the features are difficult. With texting I am unable to use my address book to send by name, instead I am having to put in the number only. Some of the settings are not accessible to me, I can't change to alert tone for texting. The screen has a glare making it difficult to read while writting. I have read in the manual and it isn't helping much. I have to go into menu to use the camera.
Summary: This phone does not seem much more durable then most flip phones out there. You have a maze of buttons to push just to preform 1 function (such as writing and sending a text message) It is a very slow processing phone. It takes a while to download picture messages. I had a lg cu 400 before this and would reccomend that phone 10 fold over this phone and it cost way less. Not worth the money.
Summary: This phone is everything they say it is for being indestructible. It is comfortable in your hand. And mine has great volume and clarity. I didn't get a blue tooth device, I just use speaker on Rugby. This is why it gets two whole stars. But it is a pain to text on. I used to do 50 texts a day. This phone is so miserable I may text twice a day. FIVE steps to send a text. FIVE!!! Unnecessary questions like "add recipient". Duh-uh!! I wrote a text didn't I??
Excerpt: I've had this Rugby for a week now, it's going back. There appears to be no way to enable the clock on the front display to stay active, my Nokia did this as did my Motorolla. The PTT button is placed badly, I keep hitting it when I grab the phone, I've found no mention in the users manual on how to disable it. The ear piece, oh god is it bad, too much bass makes it hard to understand the conversation, sounds like they're talking thru a large hollow tube...
Summary: I had this phone for a few months now, this is my second one in six months I have dropped it from my pocket to the ground cracked the screen on the outside of the phone the inside one still works, but as soon as I hit the menu button the screen goes white n I cant do anything with the phone, this is the second time I am going through this with this phone and the phone company I deal with said this is a durable phone, I looked at the reviews and they also said the same...
