Summary: I don't know if it was the phone itself or the fact that it was "refurbished"....but this phone was the WORSE phone I have ever owned. Within 6-7 months of owning it I was counting down till my contract renewed. Needless to say, I could wait! I would NOT recommend this phone!
Summary: I got this phone in August 2012 as my first smartphone purchase. Wish I had done my research... this phone had such an OLD processor... gingerbread... really? in 2012? So after about 8 months, my phone started turning off and on while I'd be driving or having it next to me, I wouldn't even be using it. I'd have to take the back of the phone off, take out the battery, then put the battery back in, put the back of the phone on and then power it on.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, small screen, slow
Summary: I got this phone because I am very active and seeing how it's waterproof and can withstand high falls, I thought it would be perfect. Today it dropped from about 2ft and the screen shattered. It has been very slow since about 1-2 months after I got it even though i have the newest updates. It always freezes on me. Apps always crash on it. Nothing is good about this phone. The rubber outter lining started falls of a month after I got it.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, not durable, falls apart
Summary: Had phone for four days and was removing from pocket and dropped it standing still, no visible damage except cracked LCD screen so now i have a new one. Have been reading reviews I guess I am the exception and now I am scared to talk on phone. No cases for it also chose this phone over other smart phones which i would have had to buy a case for.I GUESS JUST STUCK WITH IT!
Summary: I have had this phone for about 3 monthes now. I havent liked it from day one but before i left a reeview thought i would give it some time and the benefit of the doubt. It is a very nice size and seems fairly rugged but thats about all the positive i can honestly say about it. The operating system is slow as can be, apps continuously lock up and have to remove the battery to get restarted.
Summary: This is the WORST phone I have ever owned. It is so extremely slow. To the point that the phone screen completely blacks out when transitioning from one program to the next. I would have to say that it was just a glitch in the system or a bugs working out kinda thing with the phone BUT this is my second one the first one just quit working for no reason at all. This second one is doing EXACTLY the same thing as the other one.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations, very very very slow processor
Summary: This phone was purchased for our son based on the product claims. We wanted a phone that would be durable and stand up to the use of a 13 year old. We have had it one week and it is already broken from one drop. The phone fell out of sweat shirt pocket and the screen broke! The product claim it can be dropped from 6.6 feet. It fell less than 4 and is broken. We now need to pay to fix it. Not the quality I was looking for and am seriously disappointed!
Excerpt: My husband had a Samsung Rudgby phone for five weeks, when a crack formed on the front LCD cover. He had not dropped it, banged it or otherwise abused it. I checked it out carefully, not a scuff anywhere. He went to the AT&T store, and was told he would have to deal with Samsung. Samsung said go to AT&T, and so it went. Samsung would not even consider that the phone was defective. They asked us to send it in to be reviewed by the techs.
Cons: Samsung does not stand behind defective products. Poor reception quality compared to the Tundra.
