Summary: Got the phone via UPS and at first was impressed as it looked brand new. Came with charger, battery, instruction book. As per the instructions I removed the back cover to inspect the SIMS slot, tried to close the cover and the cover wouldn't align and "click" closed as instructed. The end of the phone, the cover was "ajar".
Excerpt: This is the worst cell phone I have ever had. Poor reception, shuts off, a lot of dropped calls, and it's not the service, I had no problem with my Razor. Do not get this phone, it is cheap plastic and will fall apart within two months. I am stuck with this because of my contract, but it is so bad I am thinking about paying the full amount for another phone.
Excerpt: Since Cricket has moved there customer service overseas, the quality has gone down. It was the Amercan public who made Cricket but how do we get the credit for it? Cricket laid off all of the call centers in US and sent the jobs overseas. I am changing to a company who employee American citizens.
Summary: This phone was bought with two purposes in mind. First and foremost of course, to make and receive phone calls, and second to be used for infrequent text messaging. It started OK for like four days, then suddenly there started to be some kind of humming noise in the background that interfered with all calls made and received. We asked the callers if they heard the background noise but none of them did.
Summary: I bought the Samsung propel 763 about a month ago and was very disappointed. It came locked to AT&T , I got the unlocked code and tried to open it and it phone freezed. I called samsung to tried and rectify the problem and they told me that the phone was locked by the carrier so I would have to call AT&T. I then call AT&T who redirected me back to Samsung, telling me that it is a fault with the maker of the phone and not with the service provider.
Summary: I will not lie, in the first year this phone was amazing. Great battery life, very very easy to use, and pretty good sound quality. Too bad its basically a rock after only 2 years (if that) of use (and I'm pretty easy on my phones). First, while I used to only have to charge the phone once a week, I now have to charge it every other day, if not more. The battery life is completely shoddy. Its pathetic.
Samsung SGH A737 supposedly in excellent condition HA

Summary: The phone did not have a battery, which I knew when I bought it. I got a battery and when I put it all together, the phone does not work. Also the little white strip that shows whether it has had water damage or not, is missing....it appears I have been taken for a ride.
