Excerpt: I've had this phone for a couple of months and whilst it is great looking, stylish, slim and has a great screen, there are major niggles: 1) the camera - one of the worst I have had on a phone in a long time much prefer my K780i for that element 2) the sound on sending a text - my T mobile branded phone has no option to turn that off, and it is very annoying/ loud 3) menus - white words on white backgrounds when offering options during texting - well quite honestly its...
Excerpt: I was a bit of a late starter when it came to mobile phones. Everyone else seemed to have one so, in the summer of 1999, I decided I should probably get myself sorted with a mobile. My girlfriend had been a mobile phone user for years and she knew all the things to look for in a phone - battery life, sound quality, size, weight and so on.
Excerpt: mmm.... what can i say? This may be an ancient phone but it is so very gorgeous! Be alternative I say, stray away from your average Nokia and venture into Samsung's beautifully crafted world. It is most stunning in Champagne Gold. An ariel that can be pulled up for that full-on-retro look is pretty comic. A flip-top cover feels very smooth, even into my 2nd year of owning it.
Excerpt: I've had this phone about a year, and one of the things I like is the text messaging feature. However, a few weeks back I kept getting an error message on the phone 'SIM card out of SMS memory'. I deleted my mailbox but still got the problem. After visiting a vodafone shop I was told the problem was caused by someone sending me a 'flashing' text message (i.e. the text flashes when its viewed) from a Nokia phone.
Excerpt: I bought this product because of its stylish looks and the features it contained - primarily the size, its vibrating alert and voice activated address book. However, in my opinion the reception on this phone is pretty bad unless you use the hands free set - the microphone is not on the phone flap so nowhere near your mouth when you want to speak. Also the aerial is very flimsy when extended and offers little advantage in improved signal.
Excerpt: I bought this phone when it had just come out. I was attracted to it because of its great features (vibration, voice dialing, small size) and its relatively low price. After having used the phone for 1.5 years I must say it's still an attractive little device, it's been holding up pretty well and I'm satisfied with it - except for the fact that the antenna has been a source of problems ever since I got it.
Excerpt: I bought the Samsung SGH-600 about 6 months ago due to its small size and having the features I want, especially the vibrating battery which comes in handy whilst I'm in a meeting or in a noisy environment. The cost of the phone was a mere £20 on the Vodafone Leisure 250 network. There are loads of other bonuses with this phone on top of what I've already mentioned.
Pros: Small and lightweight . Voice recognition system
Excerpt: A lovely looking phone (in silver!), which hasn't become too common. It's small and lightweight, has a fairly good battery life and standby time and is easy to use. Disadvantages include the lack of accessories readliy available, the volume is too quiet - can't hear the caller very well, and when the battery is low it drains VERY quickly. Also I find the ringtones are a bit tinny.
Excerpt: Featurewise, it's a great phone for a great price....only £30 on the Vodafone Leisure 250 tariff. Features include voice dialing (works well), voice memo and a vibrating alert. The phone is lovely to look at - very smart in silver. The buttons take a bit of getting used to being very small. Battery life is pretty good. Ringtones are a bit tinny. However, I have encountered a few niggling problems - the main fault being the phonebook failing to work every time.
Pros: nice looking, voice dial, free handsfree,
Cons: too quiet - can't hear caller, had problems with phonebook
Excerpt: This is MY very own phone and I love it. With it's voice activited extra, its little flipout cover, its luscious silver covering, its handy voice memo and its sweet little ring tones! It is my angel. I recommend this phone to anyone who likes things small, light and flashy. This is a very fashionable phone and I would hope to use it when I become a young, rich and successful business woman!!
