Not the latest and greatest but more than capable. Nice little phone.

Summary: I'm not happy! This phone has dragged me kicking and screaming into the 21st Century. More than enough features for an old guy such as myself. I like the QUERTY keyboard; much easier texting (can't believe I said that.) I even watched a youtube video last week. (I went and bought a 16Gig micro SD card to save videos and music.) I found the sketch pad and sat in the doctors office the other day and amused myself "doodling".
OK for people who are content not to use the internet on a phone.

Summary: Last of the feature phones - before smart phones, but with many bells and whistles that newer phones have. OK for most email checking, but not for internet browsing because today's tech has left this phone's tech behind. I use three of them on my account, but none have data packages. The keyboard is a nice feature. Just large enough screen to enjoy pictures and multimedia texts. I rate it 4 stars on based ONLY compared to feature phones - not smart phones.
Summary: Purchased this as a replacement for my 13 year old after his previous one was dropped from the bleachers and the screen cracked. Its a good basic phone with touch screen and slide out key board as he requested but isn't a smart phone, so doesn't require a data plan. Came promptly and packaged well.
Summary: Inexpensive, easy to use, keypad is a tad bigger than some so super nice to type. Not sure I like the touch part but that's any touch phone. Miss the ease of the flip when talking cradled in my shoulder without hands. Didn't like that the headphones are different than the other phones we have. So now I need to buy one with a different adaptor. Also for some reason it won't find my bluetooth but maybe that's operator error.
Summary: I like the phone, it's got a nice thin design. The color is pretty cool. The refurbished phone we purchased malfunctions slightly every now and then. I really like that the model has a "lock" button on the left side. I used to be famous for pocket-dialing, but with the lock button I don't have to worry about that! The phone is over-all good. I would not reccomend getting a refurbished one, however, unless you are a patient person. The customer service was excellent.
Summary: I already had this phone but it broke needed a replacement without paying Verizon a lot of $$ for a new one. Phone works fine and even though it said "used" it looks brand new to me. Had a problem with the charger it came with but I still had my old one so its ok.
