Summary: this phone works great when it's working. great call quality, fast image processing, intuitive menu system, and a surprisingly high quality screen resolution to boot. however, drop it once, and the entire touch screen will come loose and fall out of the casing. it's quite a strange sight to see, and it can be up to a $45-$75 repair when it happens. and if it happens once, it will happen again even more easily than the first time.
Summary: I really like this phone, easy to use and find things. the only thing I dont like about it is when you set the pictures on the front page and on the other pages they never stay, always disapearing. I really hate that. otherwise its a good phone.
Summary: The phone is working great, I have no problems with it. Unfortunately there were more damages done to the screen than I thought. The screen has a lot of scuffs/scratches. The screen looks like a used screen protector that's been used for a long time. When I slide the phone up to get the keyboard it doesn't slide smoothly it's a bit ruff. But the phone is great like I said before. It works just fine.
Great value for the money. Nice phone for a teenager.

Summary: Great phone for a teenager without Internet. Touch and qwerty keyboard. Apparently touch screen prone to freeze which is what happened with the first Reality phone after a week. The replacement phone seems to be working. Have had it for 2 months now..
Excerpt: All i hear about this phone is how amazing it is. I am here to claim otherwise. I personally hate this phone. We paid full price for two of these phones, and were sold on them by our cell phone provider who claimed "everyone loves this phone." We were Blackberry users previously, and told our provider how much we liked them, and this phone feels like a terrible downgrade. After using a "smartphone" this Reality feels extremely basic and limited.
Summary: I've had this type of phone before and I like it. This one however has given me a couple of problems. I can't charge it in my car and text at the same time. It goes blank and shuts off. Where you charge it and the speaker appeared not clear/clean. It looks to be worn and rusted...like it's not new.
Summary: So when I was looking to order a new(used) phone the one that I ended up ordering said that it was a city red samsung reality in "like new condition". However when it arrvied it has a majorly beat up screen, the cover for the power cord is missing, when you look at the battery it has had water damage, in short it has had a rough life. Also it is Piano Black, not City Red which is fine but it would have been nice to know. It does work and with a new cover it looks fine.
Summary: very disappointed with this touch screen phone. The phone shuts off too easily when in your pocket; e.g. bending down almost always shuts off this phone even when it's on lock. The button to lock this phone presses in and then lock screen wipes away resulting in phone shutting off while in your pocket. Also, didn't realize you have to remove the micro card to add photos to your p.c..
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, shuts off too easily, cannot link directly with pc
