Summary: this phone works great when it's working. great call quality, fast image processing, intuitive menu system, and a surprisingly high quality screen resolution to boot. however, drop it once, and the entire touch screen will come loose and fall out of the casing. it's quite a strange sight to see, and it can be up to a $45-$75 repair when it happens. and if it happens once, it will happen again even more easily than the first time.
Summary: I really like this phone, easy to use and find things. the only thing I dont like about it is when you set the pictures on the front page and on the other pages they never stay, always disapearing. I really hate that. otherwise its a good phone.
Great value for the money. Nice phone for a teenager.

Summary: Great phone for a teenager without Internet. Touch and qwerty keyboard. Apparently touch screen prone to freeze which is what happened with the first Reality phone after a week. The replacement phone seems to be working. Have had it for 2 months now..
Summary: I've had this type of phone before and I like it. This one however has given me a couple of problems. I can't charge it in my car and text at the same time. It goes blank and shuts off. Where you charge it and the speaker appeared not clear/clean. It looks to be worn and rusted...like it's not new.
Summary: If you listen to music alot on your phone, DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!! It freezes and won't start back up unless you take the battery out or turn the phone off. It will not turn sideways when you slide the keypad out, and wont turn off, and you will have to take the battery out to get it working again. We sent my original phone back and got a new one and the new phone did the same thing.
Pros: Great starting phone, Its really easy to text on., The lock feature, It comes in handy., Calling and Texing is really simple., Keypad slides out easily.
Cons: Music player freezes often, When you recive a Multimedia message it takes a while to save the picture/video to phone or card.
Summary: So when I was looking to order a new(used) phone the one that I ended up ordering said that it was a city red samsung reality in "like new condition". However when it arrvied it has a majorly beat up screen, the cover for the power cord is missing, when you look at the battery it has had water damage, in short it has had a rough life. Also it is Piano Black, not City Red which is fine but it would have been nice to know. It does work and with a new cover it looks fine.
Summary: This phone was great. After a while I noticed that the battery was heating up so I purchased a new one and a new wall charger just in case. It didn't fix the problem. It could just be that I was sold a crappy phone, but other than not being able to handle my phone because it is too hot it WAS a great phone.
Excerpt: this phone was pretty nice. everything was normal and i had no complaints to make. the screen is big enough to please u but there is a little lag during transitions between screens. just a couple days ago this phone started turning off by itself. also the battery will heat up when the phone is on. so i turned it in and got the lg cosmos 2. if u are a touch screen kind of person and u dont want a smartphone, the reality is satisfactory.
Pros: touchscreen...yay, texting is easy
Cons: internet is so slow i slept while it loaded, the "3 screens" is a stupid idea
Excerpt: it was an ok phone, I liked it the first 3 months until it started freezing on me. the text'n was amazing, the picture quality was horrible due to the lack of coloring in the pictures taken. the call quality was really disappointing because every time I was on the phone with someone they could barely hear me.
