Summary: I bought this phone because all but one review indicated that I could use it with my Verizon contract. When I called Verizon, the friendly woman said no, it was a contract phone and could not be converted; I'd have to wait for 6 months. I've tried to access my on-line account to assess what the conditions of the no-contract are and have been unsuccessful. I continually receive an error message. It's frustrating. I'm not sure what to do with the phone.
Summary: Good luck getting through to a human. Takes about an hr. You must keep adding funds no matter how much is left. In my case $140. They may roll over funds for a year but they must be used or Verizon steals your money. You could have hundreds in account and still have to add. You will not get a refund only a shafting. Complete and utter ripoff from a company that has been holding your money.
