Summary: they did not say it was a prepay so so i could not use it on my verizon account.the samsung SCH U360 Gusto- Metallic gray cell phone did not work for my need, wish they would have said it was prepay
Summary: After two days of calls and web searches through the Verizon maze I finally reached a person, no small feat with Verizon, who told me that phone had not been unlocked at the point of purchase and I had to return it to the sender. After this experience I would not buy from this seller again and never would buy a phone that uses Verizon. I was actually saved from Verizon misery which I have heard of from others but didn't believe what a mess Verizon wireless is.
Summary: I bought the prepaid phone because I didn't use my cell phone much before when I was on the plan and I was wasting more than I was using. I got the prepaid plan thinking it was nice because I would only pay as I use. I have to admit I do like this part about it. For me, that is what I was looking for. However; shortly after getting the phone, I kept getting calls from companies asking for an Anthony. I am not Anthony and I don't know anyone by that name.
Summary: WHAT A RIP OFF! I only paid $15 for my gusto phone. even at the verizon store itself IT WAS NOT $59 FREAKING DOLLARS! Don't buy this item when you can get it for less at the actual company store!
Summary: Did not know that it has an 8-month period that you are tied with limited choices, with Verizon only. So it is not really 'no contract' or unlock phone. It is certainly a 'locked' phone, just in different packaging.
Summary: it is a phone. It works. don't try to pick it up to answer it via the sides because the buttons will cut people off - even if you lock the buttons. Upon answering, you unlock the buttons. Got it as deal with new carrier and i hate it. going back to see if they can re-activate other phone.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, voices sound tinny, speak up or other party cannot hear
