Summary: The product I received from this order was faulty. It was a junk old phone that was not able to be connected to the phone service it said it was for. I even had the Verizon company try to connect it, but they told me the phone was junk. and the only thing to do was return it.
Summary: I got this phone for my dad, whose phone died. I tried to activate it, but it's a "pre-paid" only phone. I tried to contact the seller, and didn't even get a repsonse back, and ultimately ended up ordering another phone. To say the least, I was DISPLEASED!
Summary: Everything went smoothly in the beginning, the delivery was super fast, product came in in decent condition, and the phone activated no problem. Unfortunately a week after it was activated it stopped receiving text messages and kept saying message box full delete messages. Easy enough... Except there was nothing more to delete.
Summary: Hate this phone. It is clunky and so out dated. We have had more problems with this phone since we went to Verizon than any other phone in the many years we have had cell phones. If you receive a picture text, all of a sudden your text service locks up and you cannot receive any more texts. If you try to access your inbox, your phone will restart. You have to take it to the store to remedy this. That is so inconvenient. My husband has had to do this 5 times!!!
Summary: The Samsung Haven is a great little phone, but within 40 days it quit receiving text messages. The phone requires a software update that my Verizon Wireless store did not have access to. Verizon has agreed to send me another one, we'll see.
Summary: I have had this phone a week. It is a piece of junk. I had a Samsung Hue before and it was a great phone. This phone does not have enough volume to hear calls. My wife's hearing is excellent and she has problems also. I don't even know why you offer this phone on the market. Now I am stuck with this thing for 2 years or trade it in at an exorbitant cost. I am sorry that I gave up my Hue.
