  • Excerpt: I was in need of a cell phone a few months ago, and as luck would have it a friend of mine gave me a Samsung r211, as he udgraded to a camera phone. The cell phone is working great and Cricket is the wireless carrier. I use the phone to text my children sometimes and also I can access the internet. It is small and easy to carry so I can just put it into my pocket and need no carrying case.

  • Excerpt: I purchased Cricket Phones for my girls and what a waste of money. Although the service is good enough for my girls, the phones are horrible. They have the worst products that I have ever purchsed. Cricket may be great with the Service it provides but someone should have put a little more thought into these toy products that they have on the market. I don't even think these prodcuts are worth purchasing for small kids. The product di not last at all.

  • Excerpt: I have been using the Samsung SCH-r11  cellphone for about two weeks now and so far I have had no problems. The Phone is little and cute ( it is a little black bar phone model) and it works really well considering how inexpensive it was( I got it for 50 dollars after rebate, and the activation fee was 15 dollars, so  I payed 71 in total to get a new cellphone and a plan.

Alright phone for a starter/temporary.

  • Excerpt: I got this phone as a starter with Cricket until I had money to buy a better one, but honestly, I'd have no problem staying with it if I had to. PROS: - Battery lasts a day on mine. Not bad for the amount of texting I do. - Texting is easy, even with the small buttons. T9 sort of sucks (what sort of T9 doesn't include my own name?), but with a little creativity, you can get around that. - Ringtones are easily downloadable from the internet (myxer.com is a favorite).
